السيد alper قدم لنا جميع المعلومات حول الشقه والمكان وقام بشرح تفصيلي من الرائع جدًا اهتمامه بجميع التفاصيل. المنزل واسع جدًا وموقعه رائع على شارع يوجد فيه العديد من المطاعم والمحلات التجاريه الغرف في المنطقه الخلفيه من الشقه لذلك لا يوجد اي ضوضاء بالرغم من ان الشقه على شارع صخب ومزدحم دائما وذلك اشي اعجبني جدًا كان المنزل نظيف ويتوفر فيه جميع الاحتياجات انصح الجميع بالسكن في المكان لانه احد افضل الاماكن التي يمكنك السكن فيها

My family enjoyed this neat and clean home like apartment. Though a steep ride to Istaqlal street but only 10 minutes in total if you walk slow. It’s 1.1 km but 200 feet height gain. Next to Sheraton and Cher hotel which has a big star bucks. Lots of diners and breakfast options on the road within 200-300 meters plain walk if you do t want to take steep hike. Grocery stores and my favorite Simit sarayi opposite to it. Parking in basement, steam and sauna, swimming pool of small but decent size add to the amenities. Apartment has washing machine, dish water and everything you need. Host was very nice and friendly. I come to Istanbul every other month so from here onwards, this will be my preference if I come with family.

Çevrede marketler, cafeler çokçana; her şey var; keyifli bir muhit. Hem Osmanbey hem Pangaltı Metroya yakın, yürüme mesafesinde. Bomontiada'ya yakın. Aracınız varsa otopark var. Absolutely loved our stay! The Airbnb was not only stylish and comfortable, but also impressively smart—everything from the lighting to the climate control was easy to manage and added a modern, luxurious touch to our experience. What really stood out, though, was the communication. The staff were incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful from the moment we booked. They made sure we had everything we needed and checked in just enough to make us feel supported without being intrusive. Would definitely stay here again!

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in Istanbul. Die Wohnung ist gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (Metro-U-Bahn) zu erreichen. Ausflugsziele ebenso. Geschäfte für den täglichen Einkauf kann man gut zu Fuss erreichen. Die Wohnung war sauber und das Bett bequem. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war ausgezeichnet. Wir würden dort wieder übernachten.

Simply the best place I’ve ever stayed in Istanbul — and I’ve been coming every year. Most Airbnbs in the city tend to be a bit worn-out, with no elevator, outdated furniture, poorly equipped kitchens, or not-so-clean spaces. So I was truly impressed when I stepped into this apartment. Everything is top-notch: stylish and high-quality furniture, super clean and spacious, with two restrooms and a large, comfortable shower. The kitchen is fully equipped, the sofas are big and cozy, and there’s a lovely veranda that connects to all rooms, letting in tons of sunlight. The apartment is also fully automated, which is a great plus. It’s located very close to Taksim Square, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The building itself is perfect — modern, extremely safe, and beautifully maintained. There’s a gym, a pool, and plenty of indoor parking space. The staff is friendly, professional, and always available. There’s even a café in the building. Amazing place.

That was a really nice stay. The way to the airport was very convenient. The host was friendly, the apartment was clean and beautiful. The check-in and check-out was easy - you just get the keys from the security and then hand them back at the end of your stay.

Appartamento come nelle foto. Ottimo per comitive di 6 persone. Tre camere da letto e due bagni nuovi; un salone e cucina ampio. La terrazza del piano superiore è ottima per un relax al sole. C'erano alcune mancanze nella casa che sono state prontamente colmate dal tempestivo intervento dell'host. In generale, la posizione è buona seppure può risultare scomoda la salita che porta dall'appartamento fino a piazza taksim per chi ha serie difficoltà motorie, quindi attenzione solo a questo. Ascensori, acqua ed elettricità sempre perfettamente funzionanti. L'appartamento è al confine tra la zona nuova di taksim ed una zona un po' più popolare ma questo non crea nessun problema in quanto la zona è, in generale, super sicura sia il giorno che la notte. Un po' di rumore dalla strada (istanbul, in generale è caotica) ma ultimo piano e insonorizzazione delle finestre hanno mitigato questo aspetto. Chiedete all'host consigli su dove andare, trasporti, etc..., vi sarà sempre d'aiuto a 360°.

allt rent och fint, Furkan bra värd . lägenheten mycket bra, lyxig, Furkan rätt person ,trovärdig, han intresserad på sitt jobb. lägenheten rymlig för 4-5 personer men inte mer, då jag bodde där en dag och sen hittade vi en större lägenhet för 7 personer.

Ev gerçekten çok düzenli ve dizaynı çok hoştu. Gayet temiz ve hijyenikti. Girişte hiç sorun yaşamadık. Ev sahibi gerekli talimatları giriş yapmadan vermişti ve hızlı bir şekilde giriş yapabildik. Rezidans içinde olması ayrıca güvenlik açısından ve kapalı otoparkının olması açısından önemliydi. Sadece çevresinde yeni inşaatlar olduğu için ara yollar bozuktu. Navigasyonu kullanırken bu yolların açık olduğunu görsek de yolların bir kısmı kapalıydı. Fakat otoyoldan direkt bağlantı ile kolaylıkla gelinebiliyor. Bunun dışında terası güzel fakat şehrin sesi duyulabiliyor cam ve balkon kapısı açıkken onun dışında camlar kapalı olduğunda hiç ses gelmiyor eve. Biz memnun kaldık. Ev sahibine teşekkür ederiz.

Herşey için tekrar ve yeniden teşekkür ederim, baştan sona kadar. Eve yönlendirme, tavsiyeler, adresler, her hangi bir eksiğimiz olduğund, aklınıza ne gelirse artik. Hepsine evet, ilgisiz kalmadık ,bizi kendi evimiz gibi hissettik. Ali bey ve diğer çalışan arkadaşlar yardım seven insanlar ve bu tarz samimiyeti neredeyse unutuyorduk Ev ise, minimalist cok esya yok, evin içinde çok rahat gezdik. Koltuklar cok rahat yatak iyi ve yemek masasi da geniş. banyo dar olmasına rağmen duş geniş. mutfak da kucuk ama yemeğimizi pisirmeye veya çayı demleye sıkıntı olmadı (eksik oldugunda, BurgerLab bize yardımcı oldu). Her yer, yürüme mesafesinde, olmazsada toplu taşıma olur, yine cok rahat . Sokaklar hareketli ama bi kaç günlüğüne geldiğimiz için bizi rahatsız etmedi. çok fazla uzatmadan, bu evi kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum ve Ali bey tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle

our family of 4 stayed here for 5 nights, check in was easy and Fatih was quick with communication, and very helpful with information. The apartment is as described and the photos were accurate. It was very clean and easy to stay in. We had 2 adults in the bedroom and 2 children on the pull out sofa. The washing machine and dishwasher was handy. The pool was fantastic. The location is good with afew eateries and supermarkets close by. Its abit of a trek up a steep hill to get to Taksim / Istikal Street, but you expect that in Turkey. We used the buses and they were easy to access and use. We loved our stay in this beautiful city. Thankyou Fatih!

The apartment is impeccable exactly as in the photos, it is spacious, well equipped with very good quality furniture and everything you need, in a very nice and well-kept building. The location is extraordinary, a few steps from restaurants and transportation. The staff is very friendly, with excellent communication and helpful, they even offered us transportation to the airport which is convenient and at a fair price. I highly recommend it.

However, it’s worth noting that the area has several steep hills, so it’s advisable to pack light and comfortable footwear for your exploration.
