Квартира полностью соответствовала фотографиям и описанию, всё было чисто и уютно. Хозяин Silviu оказался очень отзывчивым и дружелюбным, всегда был на связи и помогал с любыми вопросами. Рекомендую!

Totul a fost conform asteptarilor din poza. Sergiu a fost o gazda foarte receptiva, comunicarea fiind una rapida si eficienta. Apartamentul l-am gasit foarte curat, este spatios si numai bun pentru un sejur la munte.

Apartamentul a fost super bine pozitionat, spatios, modern, functional si deosebit de curat, aproape de centru si de multe alte atractii turistice. Nu am cuvinte de reprosat.

Cea mai frumoasa cazare la care am fost pana acum, cu un mobilier minunat plus un balcon spatios in care ne-am petrecut noptile. In plus, a fost o curatenie impecabila si foarte accesibila, dotata cu toate utilitatile necesare. Zona in sine a fost plasata excelent, perfecta pentru o excursie cu masina, dar si pentru vizitatorii care vin cu trenul, fiind la o distanta de mai putin de 10 minute de gara si centrul Busteniului, Castelul Cantacuzino aflandu-se putin mai sus de aceasta. Cel mai bun lucru la aceasta cazare a fost doamna care o detine, o femeie minunata care ne-a acordat tot sprijinul si ajutorul in a naviga strazile linistite ale localitatii. Ne-am creat amintiri minunate plimbandu-ne si explorand orasul, plus ca am avut o priveliste impecabila de pe balconul acestuia la munti, si placerea de a ne conecta cu natura. Recomand tuturor doritorilor de experiente minunate sa stea la aceasta cazare si sa exploreze toate locurile frumoase, sau chiar sa se relaxeze! ❤️❤️❤️

The place was exactly as described, with a lot of space. Although we feared that the rooms at the ground floor were going to be cold, it was very very warm and comfy. We had a little problem when we listened to music, because one wall in the living room is common for the villa and the neighbours, so they asked us to turn down the volume.

Gazda ne-a comunicat toate detaliile și a fost foarte receptivă în momentul în care am avut nevoie de ajutor. Casa este foarte frumos amenajată, ai tot ce îți trebuie. Cel mai probabil, fix ce ai uitat acasă vei găsi la cazare. Terasa dispune de un șemineu ușor de folosit, având la dispoziție lemne și ustensile pentru grătar. Fiecare oaspete a avut la dispoziție un halat de baie, prosop și papuci. Singura problemă, dacă o pot numi așa neapărat, a fost faptul dacă se face duș simultan la parter și etaj, boilerul nu prea face față și temperatura apei fluctuează de la rece la cald. În rest, totul bine și recomandăm cu drag cazarea.

O locatie frumoasa aproape de centru, o locatie mare, frumoasa spatioasa, balcon foarte util.

E un loc frumos, curat si linistit! Perfect pentru o vacanta la munte cu prietenii.

Gazda foarte amabilă, camerele sunt spațioase, băi suficiente și locația este foarte bună. O experiență per total foarte satisfăcătoare. Mulțumim!

I and my family found the house to be quite beautiful! There is plenty of space for up to 10 people. The host is very friendly, respectful and welcoming. I must say, I was amazed by the place and the surroundings. I highly recommend it! 🙌

We decided to stay here for 3 nights during the Massif festival period and we don't regret it at all. Ciprian is a very respectful and friendly person, he was also always ready to help if needed. I have never before met an owner that was this focused over the well-being of his guest. The location is amazing, it was super close to the Massif festival but not that close to get disturbed by the music from it. It is also super easy to reach the destination with a car. In the Vila de Aur complex you will also find a mini-market from where you can purchase any basic needs. This helped us a lot to save time from looking for other shopping centers. The apartment 10 where we stayed was clean and organized. It's not a new apartment but it's a cosy one for sure. I will totally come back here at least one more time. Proprietarul a fost foarte amabil, ospitalier și înțelegător. Curățenie impecabila iar apartamentul este cozy și bine dotat. Apartamentul este amplasat in centru, deci ai toate facilitățile la câteva minute distanta. Recomand cu căldură, cu siguranta vom mai reveni!

Very nice apartment with everything you need. Roxana was very friendly and open to help. Location is very good as you can reach in less than 20 mins(by car) the ski slopes in Poiana Brasov , Dino park and Râșnov ruins, Bran Castle and many others.

Domnul Ciprian este foarte amabil. Nu am intâlnit nici un host pe Airbnb atât de amabil. Am avut un timp foarte placut în Poiană, iar domnul Ciprian a facut tot posibilul să nu ne lipsească necesarul. Cu siguranță o să revenim, mai ales că vila se află în proximitatea pârtiei.

One of the best Airbnb's I've ever stayed in, this place is magical. If you are looking for a getaway in the mountains, it doesn't get better than this. We worked from here for 2 weeks and it was perfect. Just remodeled, very well decorated, private, quiet, peaceful, has everything you need. The pictures do not do the views justice, they are incredible. You definitely need a car to stay here, but luckily they are very affordable to rent from the airport. The closest town Predeal is nice and only 10 min away, it has everything you need including multiple grocery stores, pharmacy and restaurants. Brasov is about 35 minutes away, and you can go through Rasnov to beat all the traffic usually found around Busteni! There are amazing hiking trails only 5 minutes from the apartment. And even a restaurant you can walk to. Very kind hosts who are accommodating. Good wifi. I will miss sleeping with the windows open to feel the cool fresh mountain air at night. We'd love to stay here again!
