Beach apartment holiday rentals in Simpson Bay

It was our second time staying at Jean’s place and it was even better than the last. The location is fantastic, right next to the airport and still very quiet and peaceful. Gorgeous views from the living room, shower & rooftop. Bed was extremely comfortable & the entire place was spotless. We plan on coming back & staying here again whenever we do. You will not regret staying here. Thank you so much Jean — he gave great recommendations for restaurants and activities as well :)

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans cet appartement qui correspondait à la description. nous étions 6 adultes et le logement est adapté pour 6. Proche de Marigot, et de maho beach côté néerlandais, vu sur le lagon. baignade pas très loin à bay rouge une plage magnifique. merci.

The location was amazing. The accommodation had a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom... including coffee, spices, creamers, hair products and everything you would have at home. I will definitely stay here again!

My family and I had an amazing time at Kevin’s Airbnb. The unit was clean, well presented and very spacious. The view is amazing as you are essentially right on the beach, steps away from the building. As it is west facing it does get hot but the unit has a centralised air conditioning system that works really well. Checkin process was easy and convenient. Would recommend for any family visiting Sint Maarten.

Laurène was great, very responsive, checked in on us regularly to see if we needed anything. The apartment is perfectly located on the beach, not too close to the bars, not too far. Place is very clean and comfy. Beds are comfy, pillows could be better but worked. Upstairs bedroom could use a closet but plenty of dresser space. Washing machine was very useful. Air conditioning throughout. Kitchen worked well, we prepared several dinners. Garage was tight getting into but loved having the private parking. We loved this place and will return. Die Maisonettewohnung ist wunderschön, mit einem fantastischen Ausblick auf das Meer & tolle Sonnenuntergänge. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend & es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist in einer abgeschlossenen Wohnanlage & über einen kleinen Trampelpfad ist man schnell am Strand. Es gibt 2 Sonnenschirme sowie 2 ganz tolle Liegen für den Strand. Die Nespresso Kaffeemaschine war eine Freude für mich & das Bett überaus gemütlich. Man sollte bestenfalls einen Polo, also ein kurzes Auto oder ein höheres Auto, wie einen kleinen SUV haben. Kein zu großes Auto & kein zu langes, da man sonst auf der Einfahrt aufsetzt. Wir mussten aufgrund dessen das Auto tauschen. Unser Checkin lief nicht ganz reibungslos, da niemand anzutreffen war & wir kein Internet hatten, um Bescheid zu geben. Nachbarn halfen uns mit dem WLAN & dann kam jemand, um uns das Haus zu öffnen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten. Die Owner sowie die Agentur waren sehr zuvorkommend und proaktiv in der Kommunikation :)

Thank you Romain! I enjoyed my stay. I wish that I could’ve stayed the entire month. All of the recommendations were great. It was close to the beach, ferry, grocery stores, and restaurants. He communicated with me to let me know that he is available to assist me in anyway. I have no complaints whatsoever.

Incredible location, clean unit and building, literally a 5min walk to mullet bay beach, 5min walk to Cupecoy beach, and two grocery stores one right next door to the building the other just a 3min walk away and two good cafes. Host was available and quick to respond to any needs, i will definitely be booking this unit again! Thank you

My fiancée and I were left speechless by my stay at Tranquility. All of the reviews are true, and it’s even better in person. By far the greatest stay we’ve had on any vacation. The location couldn’t be more beautiful and the people are amazing. Sam, Denise, and Abiel were extremely helpful and kind. Cannot say enough good things about them.

Très bien situé au nord, vous aurez de la tranquillité mais Il faut une voiture. Une semaine n’a pas suffit!! La piscine était quasi à nous!!! Jet ski à 5 mn et petite plage. Chemin des froussard à faire avec un pique-nique et des chaussures de marche👍.

Laurent was a fantastic host. He was very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. He provided us great recommendations for the whole island. The residence itself was beautiful. It was tucked overlooking the restaurants of the resort and only seconds from the water. The whole area is beautiful and peaceful. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Elettra was who I had communication with and she was awesome, extremely friendly and responsive. The Airbnb was nicer in person than in the photos, the neighbors were friendly and extremely helpful. I would definitely would stay there again and would recommend their place to any of my friends.

Loved our stay, the house had everything we needed. The pool area is so serene and beautiful and so many places to relax and take in the views. 10 minute walk to the restaurants and beach, and a quick drive to so many island spots and beaches. We loved it here!

El departamento de Ian y Megan es mucho más de lo que se ve en las fotos. Todo está impecable y súper limpio, todo funciona perfecto y el deck exterior con la barbacoa que da al mar es un lugar mágico. Usamos los kayak que nos prestaron, la cocina está súper completa. Creo que las fotos no muestran lo bello que es. No duden en ir!! Volveríamos siempre que podamos.

Geweldige airbnb, met een prachtig uitzicht op de zee. Was heerlijk wakker worden. Je hebt een gedeeld zwembad, maar we hebben de gehele vakantie alleen gebruik kunnen maken van het zwembad. Fijne omgeving je voelt je veilig en hebt eetplekken en een kleine supermarkt op 3 min loopafstand. We komen hier zeker terug.

We had an amazing and peaceful stay at Aqua Marina. This luxury condo is very spacious with a private walk out balcony in each room that boasts spectacular views of the islands Jamila is the perfect hostess. She setup the car rental agreement for our stay and responded immediately to all of our needs. I’m the future, We will stay at this condo without hesitation!

I celebrated my birthday with friends at Lesley’s place and we absolutely loved it. Lesley and the staff we interacted with were responsive and welcoming. If you stay at this location, you won’t regret it!

The place was steps from the beach! Beautiful and clean. Host very helpful. We loved st. Martin and this family friendly beach next to Mary Boons! We ate lunch there and cooked in dinner at home. Great appliances And every cooking tool you could need. Andrea was very helpful. The only thing I was a little worried about was the airplanes noise and honestly you forget they are even there after first day.
