House holiday rentals in Simpang

We having family event in Chemor and the house just great location for us since it's near to highway and Ipoh town. The house really suitable for big family gathering coz lots of activities available like bbq, ktv and kitchen equipment. New house and well maintained. We definitely will repeat our stay in Ipoh. The host Mr Lee is really friendly and professional handling logistic matter starting from check in until after we check out. Thank you and see you again in Ipoh.

The airbnb is nearby lots of eateries. Big and spaces for group of friends or family. There are entertainment and board games provided too. A play area for kids is the plus point as the kids can have their a place to play. The host is responsive and came down and explain to us some of the things that need to take note. He also provides some recommendation on place of interest and food eateries.

Host was very friendly and helpful, the place so nice as well. I like the concept of the place, cozy and minimalist. Will repeat to stay here again. Thanks

Real villa feel so close to the Ipoh city. The place is cleaned and well maintained with lots of amenities. Good for big families. Pool is amazing. They had a dining table that converts to a pool and ping pong table, an arcade console and a karaoke set with mics, more than enough to keep all of us entertained! 😊

I booked the place for my parents and two of my dads siblings. They had an excellent experience and they love the place. Thank u Izwan for accommodating them.

Stayed at Teh’s place and honestly, it was amazing! The house is super clean, really beautiful, and looks exactly like the pictures. It’s also fully equipped with everything you need,which made the whole stay super comfy and easy. Definitely felt like a home away from home. Totally worth the money, and i'm already planning to come back again. If you’re thinking about booking, just go for it, Highly recommended!

My family and I are pleased and comfortable with all of the equipment in this house. Although it is an old house with some older parts (such as the bathroom), everything functions well and was really useful to our family throughout our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Teoh’s place. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Teoh was a friendly and helpful host who made check-in easy and ensured everything went smoothly. The location was convenient, peaceful, perfect for a relaxing trip. I would definitely recommend this stay to anyone visiting Taiping.

The place was exactly as described. Sisly was friendly and responsive. She was flexible and allowed me to check in an hour earlier upon request. The highlight was the garden and jacuzzi. The living area with a 8 seater dining table was super. Kitchen was well equipped and the coway hot & cold water dispenser was perfect. Bathrooms were great with strong water pressure, thanks to the pump. Bedrooms were alright but the airconds were old and some were a bit noisy and stopped functioning intermittently. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Sisly's place.

wonderful house and facility

The homestay is very clean & spacious. There is enough bed for 12 paxes. The homestay got a lot entertainment equipment such as rummy, poker cards, karaoke system, tvbox, and kids swing & slides. Suitable for family stay with infant too. The only thing that owner can improve is the water pressure is a bit low during shower. Suggest owner can add a water pump to boost the water pressure. Other than that was all good !

We had a pleasant stay at the homestay. The house was clean, and all basic necessities were provided. The host was very responsive, and the instructions given were clear and easy to follow. The location is convenient — not far from Taiping town — and it was ideal for us as we were visiting our relatives in Changkat Jering. Overall, it was a great staycation experience.
