The property is only 5 minute-drive from Tol Alor Setar (Selatan), 3 minutes from Lotus Stargate. Inap D' AOR is only around 6 km (15 mins) from Pekan Rabu and city centre. The property comes with a fridge, a electric kettle, washer machine and ironing facilities. Complete with two shared bathroom, all rooms at the guesthouse have air conditioner and a closet. There are no air conditioner provided in living room and kitchen.

Great host and easy to communicate with. The house is clean inside, with a classic, retro vibe. The water heater works as expected. The kitchen was just right for our family, and we had a great time cooking together. Both the internet and TV were working well. One suggestion would be to tidy up under the house and around the surroundings. A bit of tree trimming and cleaning up the ground floor beneath the house would help improve the overall experience. Overall, it is a good place with nearby amenities.

Lokasi dekat dengan Pekan Simpang Empat. Di jalan besar ada kedi makan Tom yam tapi kena naik kereta. Homestay berdepan laluan keretapi jadi setiap 15 minit bunyi bising sekejap masa keretapi lalu. Owner sangat bagus. Jika ada keperluan lain maklumkan kepada owner dan beliau cuba dapatkan contoh kerusi plastik untuk dalam bilik air, iron ganti bila iron sedia ada ada masalah.

I had a great stay at Syafiqah’s place! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was great, close to the Aman Central and stadium, and very easy to get around. Communication with the host was smooth and prompt, making check-in and check-out effortless. I truly appreciated the thoughtful touches and warm hospitality. Highly recommended, and I’d definitely stay here again!
