Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Simmerath

Absolutely gorgeous location and charming house, loved the birds nest near the entrance and it's very easy to access the rest of the Rursee area.

We had a wonderful short stay with Patricia. The apartment was spotless and clean and totally cozy and beautiful. We felt right at home and would come back any time. The private garden is also particularly great, where you can linger beautifully. Patricia is really very friendly and always helpful.

Our first stop of the 4-week cycling holiday. Everything breathes the atmosphere we love, both inside and outside. 1 night, was not enough afterwards. But we will definitely come back for a few days. Roos & Thijs have created a beautiful place. Compliments! Frits & Rob

We received a very warm welcome. Because our weekend was for my 50th birthday, there was a bottle of champagne and a box of delicious chocolates. Despite the heat, it was a good place to be. Due to the nature, there was plenty of shade and we could just sit outside despite the 37 degrees. For us, it felt like a very luxurious holiday. We enjoyed the delicious products that Hugo and Anne had offered us and we certainly hope to go back again. This was exactly what we needed and we have fully recharged our battery. The house is very nice, several terraces, large, bright, friendly, tastefully furnished, everything you need is available. Located on a slope with a partial view of the lake. We did not use the existing sauna due to good weather. The landlord was always available and very nice and helpful. Bike/hiking trails, etc. are easily accessible. We immediately felt very comfortable and always gladly returned to the house after our activities. Thank you

We, 2 active hiking enthusiasts, had a fantastic Pentecost weekend at Olivier's house. The vacation home is in a beautiful area. People who, like us, love peace and quiet and hiking should definitely come here. Olivier was a fine host. Communication went very smoothly. A small problem with the heating was solved by his clear instructions. We are very satisfied with the house and Olivier. I hope he is also satisfied with us and that we can come back again.

Monika's place was a dream. More than clean, so it matched the pictures and everything was available as in your own home! One of the best places I've ever been to! I can highly recommend it.

Great location, just on the outside of the cbd. Trainline is super close but it's only a 10min walk into the cbd. Plenty of kitchen equipment available to cook with also which made it great.

It was great for us to stay in a nice and relaxing house. Will come back again!

We were also very happy about the garden use - a very idyllic place, beautifully located and many hiking trails around the paths - a real gem <3 Julia and Norbert welcomed us very warmly and we felt very comfortable during our time with them. What an amazing house. It is often so quiet and if you hear anything, it is birds. Rest and nature was all we were looking for. Breakfast on the balcony overlooking the deer. We were lucky that there were young deer :) House was spotless and lovingly decorated

Would highly recommend! Udo's accommodation met my expectations in every way. The apartment was spotlessly clean and in excellent condition, with modern and useful amenities. I particularly appreciated the beautiful courtyard, where you can relax wonderfully with a cup of coffee in the sun. The location is ideal: very quiet with a wonderful view of the countryside and an adjoining meadow where you can watch the sheep grazing - simply idyllic! As a racing cyclist, I was thrilled by the many fantastic tour options right on my doorstep. Udo is an attentive host who gave me valuable tips for bike routes and excursion destinations in the area. Communication with him was straightforward and very pleasant - even the small conversations in between were a nice enrichment. I felt comfortable and would definitely book with Udo again on my next visit to the Eifel. Absolute recommendation!

Excellent stay, the garden, the nearby environment, the idyllic region. The cottage is very comfortable, very well equipped, decorated with great taste. Michel is very welcoming and gave us a lot of interesting information, restaurants, walks, shops... we will definitely go back

Spacious apartment and fully furnished as a residential house. Spacious terrace. Location is close to the quiet villa district of Marienburg and the Südpark where you can take beautiful walks. The bus connection to the center is fine. Line 132 stops around the corner. 2 min walk. The HIT supermarket around the corner is also handy. Coffee machine with beans is a winner. A few bottles of drinks and snacks will make you feel welcome.

Nice and fast communication, the place corresponded to the description and pictures, it was clean, we were completely satisfied. We liked the terrace and the tranquility as well as the view of the countryside the best. Ideally located for hiking tours.

Lovely, peaceful and clean apartment. Georg was very helpful and let us store our tandem. Good supermarket within walking distance and a lovely walk through the park into Aachen city.

Christa is a friendly, decent and social hostess. we were very warmly received by her and received clear explanations about the area Christa even went to get us another coffee machine. The place is quiet and clean. Great accommodation to take beautiful walks or bike rides from there many thanks, Frank and Corrie

We had a truly lovely and memorable experience staying at Marylene’s lovely home. She is a wonderful, generous and welcoming host. Marylene even offered to pick us up and drop us off in her car from the bus station, which was incredibly thoughtful since we had couple of suitcases to lug around. The home is located in a scenic and beautiful spot; we fell in love with it the moment we arrived. It’s cozy and very comfortable for two people for short stays, the space is ideal for one person for longer stays. It’s also accessible on foot to the city centre and there are couple of bikes in her shed that she readily offers for your use. Although we only stayed one night, Marylene’s place made us wish we had more time there, and explore the many walking trails around Malmedy. You can really feel the love and care she’s put into creating such a warm, inviting home. Must stay!
