We had a great stay! Peter was amazing 👏 very responsive. The place is an amazing apartment very very clean and organized , kitchen equipped with Everything! Bathroom spotless clean as well. Lovely place very nicely decorated , private and quiet. Easy check-in and out. definitely recommend!

Had a great stay at this little apartment style guest suite. Has everything you need, patio, full kitchen with spices, full bathroom and the added amenities (toothbrush, paste, mouthwash) were a great addition to have! Stayed with my little pup and he seemed comfortable too. Beautiful surroundings too for going walks. And Pierrette was very responsive and communicative. Just keep in mind the reviews saying the walls are thin and the family is active. Never kept me up at night always stopped later in the evening but there is constant noise during the awake hours. Didn’t bother me or my pup too much luckily. Just keep in mind if noise/ some banging bothers you or you have a reactive dog with you. Would recommend to any person/ couple who visits town.

Nice, clean, newly renovated. Great location. Walk to many restaurants. The public parking lot is a one minute walk away. We didn't have to pay for parking on the weekend.

Modestino's place was Clean, Quiet, Comfortable and Enjoyable. He was a great host and provided all the details and expectations in a very friendly manner. I will be staying again! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Amazing stay, home away from home. Was working away from home on a night shift and I couldn't have asked for something more, peaceful, quite and comfortable. Any ask or issue and Heidi was dealing with it within 10 minutes. Thank you again Heidi, would love to stay again someday.

Excellent property which is beautifully laid out. Very clean and the shower is amazing! The owners were very friendly and attentive and as we are just moving to Canada, this place settled us before moving into our full time property. Only niggle we had was the upstairs neighbours, we don't blame the owners as we don't think it's their fault but worth warning future visits. We stayed for 10ish days and more often than not were woken up between 6&7 in the morning by either screaming from a child or someone stomping around. Again we don't blame the place or the owners but feel future visitors should be prepared. Other than that the place was perfect

This place was ideal and exactly as described. Close to amenities and served our purpose wonderfully. A great place for a family of 4 or less. Host was extremely responsive, accommodating and friendly. We had left an item behind and she was quick to contact jus and advise before we got too far. Highly recommend and will look to book again should we be in the area in the future.

This was an excellent place to stay! It was quiet, clean, comfortable. Rebecca was responsive and helpful. The place was exactly as described and was a wonderful place to spend the night. We absolutely will be returning!

My husband and I had a fantastic stay! Very convenient to the Blue Jays stadium and the view from the balcony was incredible. Everything was very clean and was as described. The parking spot was an added plus. Alireza was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again if ever back in Toronto.

The stay was great and less than a mile to the downtown area and falls. It was a little tight for us only because we had two bike we kept inside while not using them. But for two people without bikes, it was plenty of space. The bed was very comfortable. The only recommendation is to have better bath towels. Daniel was very responsive and helpful in all of our requests and provided a good list of recommended restaurants and places to go including Niagra on the lake (don't miss going there).

Cassandra and Brett’s charming heritage apartment was a super sweet delight! The location was a great spot to walk from, the decor was lovely, and we especially appreciated the kitchen and the laundry amenities. Cassandra and Brett were fantastic with communication - kind, flexible and understanding. Had a wonderful stay! Thanks so much! :)

The place was very clean and beautiful. The hosts are very nice people. They made sure that we enjoyed our stay. Me my wife and 2 kids had a great long peaceful weekend. If you are looking for quite peaceful stay away from city, this is your place. Will definitely book again with them :)

Such a gem in the heart of the city! Walkable to everything, beautifully decorated, and very clean. We were even given a gift card to enjoy the ice cream shop next door. Jane was excellent with communication and was a great host. Thanks for creating such a wonderful home base for our vacation!

Amazing location and as described in the pictures, although expected to be more cleaner

We loved our 47-night stay at this location! It was a pleasure to communicate with Suki and Rajbeer, and they responded quickly and clearly to our queries. Check-in and check out were smooth and easy, and we appreciated the free indoor parking. We particularly enjoyed the stunning views of downtown Kitchener presented by this condo. In summary, we highly recommend this location as a safe and comfortable place to stay.

The host introduced us to the amenities in the building and was proactive in helping us book those. Although we didn't get a change to try them, it was very nice of them to offer that. Overall the experience at this apartment was pleasant.

communication with Sharon and Tanner was excellent and they were helpful with transport queries. Apartment was lovely, plenty of towels and was able to make a meal in kitchen. Near to CN Tower and harbour. Thank-you for a lovely stay and everyone enjoyed the coffee pods.

Loved this spot. Looks exactly like the photos. Dessislava was always responsive and thank you for letting me check in early. The location is perfect for square one just a few mins away. Local shops a nice walk away. I didn’t have a car but taxis were so cheap and quick, so several visits to the big mall nearby. The accommodation is perfect location for the airport too. If you want to get into downtown Toronto by public transport then lots of options close by. Really excellent host and accommodation at an excellent price. I’ll be back! Thanks Dessislava!
