The location is strategic, adjacent to the motorway junction, convenient for the airport (about 20 minutes by bus), it is 250 m from the center and 1000m from the sea where there are beach establishments. The apartment is finely furnished with kitchen and all comforts. There is a double bedroom and there is also the possibility of two more beds in the living room on a comfortable sofa. Appartamento in palazzo residenziale di poche famiglie, in zona Pescara Portanuova. Appartamento fresco e nuovo con tre camere da letto due bagni, uno con doccia ed uno con vasca idromassaggio. Siamo a pochi passi dal mare che è raggiungibile a piedi in 15 min o con mezzi tra cui monopattini helbiz. Siamo a poche fermate di autobus dalla stazione centrale di Pescara e a 200 mt dalla stazione di Pescara portanuova. Zona ben fornita tra supermercati e varie attività commerciali.
