Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Silvi

As a group of 7 friends we had a great time at Raffaella's place. The private villa with the private pool provided us with a good amount of privacy and we could have a great time together, undisturbed. The place is clean with good amenities. Plenty of space to hang out, both inside and outside. Raffaella was super helpful, providing us answers to all of our questions as we've never been in the area before. We can totally recommend her place for a good relaxing time in the Abruzzo area, about 40 minutes drive from the Abruzzo airport. Make sure you rent a car, otherwise the logistics of getting here might be complicated.

die unterkunft ist sehr empfehlenswert. alessio und luisa waren sehr zuvorkommende gastgeber. sie gaben uns viele tipps, was wir unternehmen könnten. es besteht immer die möglichkeit den garten zu benutze mit einer wunderschönen aussicht ins tal . das historische haus mit speziellem charme ist sehr schön renoviert und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. wir haben uns sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt.

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr gut gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es fehlt nichts. Die Terrasse ist einfach wundervoll. Sehr empfehlenwert.

Our stay at Ellen and Gustav’s place will forever stay in our hearts. It was a transformative vacation, so much so that we now dream of creating something similar ourselves, someday, somewhere. The atmosphere, the energy, the style, the history, and the love that have been poured into this place are perfectly blended, making everything feel natural and special. Of course, there are small things that could be improved, but they are nothing compared to the immense sense of peace and well-being that the house and its surroundings provide. Every corner, every piece of furniture, every view, the silence, the beauty of the night atmosphere, everything spoke to us deeply. A heartfelt thank you also to Bice, the co-host, who welcomed us warmly and was always available and kind. We truly carry this place in our hearts and minds. It has helped us realize what we truly love and want. We are sincerely grateful to everyone who contributed their time 🫶

Il soggiorno nell'appartamento di Michela è stato molto piacevole. La terrazza ci è piaciuta moltissimo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Chiara's, in lovely Capestrano, for two weeks in Abruzzo. It looked just like her photos, with ample space on two floors to spread out. The kitchen had the amenities we needed to prepare tasty meals with incredibly fresh local produce and dairy items. The small refrigerator was helpful to store our perishable culinary treasures. And wine! Tucked at the top of a staircase off of the small road, it was very quiet and very close to the main piazza. Whenever we needed groceries, a pharmacia, delicious morning espresso with cornetto, or a nightcap with some of the regions incredible wines, we were only a 5 minute walk away. Chiara was always quick to respond to any questions and very helpful with suggestions of what to do and see in the area. So many beautiful, charming mountaintop villages to explore! We felt very safe staying here and leaving for the entire day, to marvel at this most extraordinary, naturally stunning area of Italy.

Famiglia alla mano ed estremamente affidabile e gentile. Abbiamo trovato all'arrivo muffin, occorrente per il te, tisane e caffè. Appartamento estremamente confortevole e ben arredato; quello che mancava Liberata c'e l'ha prontamente fornito. Sicuramente da consigliare sia per pochi giorni che per più giorni di soggiorno.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Die Orientierung des ganzen Betrieb sehr klar. Tiptope 3Zimmerwohnung. Perfekt eingerichtet. Auch für Kinder geeignet. Sehr freundliche Familie Rasicci. Schöne Poolanlage mit so schöner Aussicht zum Gran Sasso und Landschaft. Guter Ausgangspunkt für sehr interressante Ausflüge. Und nur 20 Min zum Meer. Tip: Es gibt guten Wein und Olivenöl zu kaufen! Bei Problemen wurde sehr schnell und kompetent reagiert! Für uns nur positive Erinnerungen. Wir waren ganze 3Wochen da und fühlten uns zu hause. Wir kommen wieder!!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso nell’appartamento del Sig. Giancarlo, un vero angolo di paradiso immerso nelle dolci colline teramane. Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con grande cordialità e disponibilità, e ci siamo subito sentiti a casa. La vera protagonista di questa esperienza è stata senza dubbio la pace assoluta che si respira in questo luogo: il silenzio è interrotto solo dai suoni della natura, e ogni mattina ci svegliavamo con il canto degli uccellini e una vista mozzafiato sulle colline circostanti. È il posto perfetto per chi cerca relax, lontano dal caos cittadino. L’appartamento è curato nei minimi dettagli, pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. La posizione è ideale anche per esplorare i dintorni, tra borghi caratteristici, percorsi naturalistici e la vicinanza al mare Adriatico. Host super gentile, tutto come letto nell’annuncio. Posizione ottima nel paese e non troppo distante dal mare. Appartamento super carino e con tutto l’essenziale per una bella vacanza.

appartamento perfetto, pulitissimo e facile da raggiungere. host disponibile. la cucina è dotata di tutto per poter cucinare a casa qualsiasi cosa, senza dover mangiare fuori nei locali. bagni puliti e grandi. casa ottima pure in inverno: siamo stati caldi e c'erano diverse coperte a disposizione sia per i letti sia per guardare la TV sul divano. lo consigliamo a tutti!

Appartamento ristrutturato e pulitissimo, in un’antica villa panoramica con un grande giardino intorno, molto curato. L’appartamento ha anche un bel terrazzo e un comodo parcheggio per l’auto, in un cortile con cancello automatico. Il posto è molto tranquillo e silenzioso, alle porte di un piccolo borgo, ottimo per rilassarsi e sentirsi in vacanza. La proprietaria è stata molto accogliente e gentile, e ci ha anche dato utili indicazioni sui dintorni. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Ascoli e dintorni molto belli. Rispetto al cibo poca alternativa per chi non mangia carne. Ma questo l'avevamo messo in conto. L' appartamento super bello e a due passi dal centro.

Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole. La villa è perfettamente come descritta, nella campagna immediatamente alle spalle della costa dei trabocchi. È perfetta per un soggiorno con amici o famiglie numerose e come base di partenza per le escursioni. Ha un ampio giardino e spazi abbondanti in cucina e salone, e con la bella stagione un forno esterno interessante.

Stayed at the Lemonvilla while visiting family in Ripatranstone and San Benedetto. The villa was absolutely gorgeous - photos do not do justice. Private and remote feeling (but still close to town) we felt at home staying at the villa. All 7 of us had enough space. Marcus was proactive and accommodating before the trip started - providing recommendations before we arrived. We hope to return!

Sharon war sehr spontan. Wir haben abends um 22 Uhr angefragt und konnten um 15 Uhr am nächsten Tag einziehen. Lage ist großartig !

lieve Helenia en familie, We hebben veel plezier gehad bij jullie. het appartement op de begane grond is ruim en mooi. we waren verrast, omdat het veel mooier is dan op de foto's. we hebben veel genoten van de zitplaats buiten en de grote tuin. We zijn dankbaar voor de lekkere cake, eieren, wijn, pasta saus en ga zo maar door. Wat een lieve mensen zijn jullie. er moeten meer mensen zoals jullie bestaan. ik raad iedereen aan om hier te verblijven! Meer dan je geld waard. Liefs van ons.

Beautifully restored old farmhouse with excellent amenities. Great swimming pool set in attractively-lit landscaped garden. Ombretta responded very quickly to all messages and was very friendly, as was Luciano (the caretaker). The mountains provided both a beautiful setting and some great hiking trails a short distance from the house.

We had a great stay in Ripa Teatina. The villa is exactly as it is in the listing, the pool is great and our 2 families had a lovely time. Frederico went above and beyond by purchasing a high chair for us especially after requesting shortly before our stay. Location was perfect for us, with nice restaurants and beach in Francavilla and a lovely pizza place in the village (short drive away)

Such a lovely place to stay. The gardens are expansive and there's plenty of places to sit either beside the pool, in dappled shade to read a book, or in the extra large outdoor dining space. Huge thanks to Laura and Stefano for making out stay so wonderful.
