Wir sind das 3te Mal an diesem wunderschönen Ort gewesen, und werden immer wieder hierher kommen da die Luft, die Atmosphäre und die Casali sehr liebevoll und stetig gepflegt werden. Olivenbäume, Weinreben rundherum mit 2 gepflegten Pools, wir sind gar nicht ans Meer gefahren so schön ist es dort einfach die Seele baumeln lassen und in der Tat ist es eine wunderbare Stille. Der Feldweg zu den Häusern ist im ersten 3tel (Gemeindestraße) eine kleine Herausforderung bei tiefergelegten Autos, wenn sie den Weg einmal gefahren sind haben sie schnell den Dreh raus welche die ideale Linie ist. Bis bald Antonia ihr seid wunderbare Gastgeber.

Ottima accoglienza, Marzia presente per ogni necessità. Sistemazione piacevole in un contesto rilassante. Piscina e zona solarium curati e ben tenuti.

Marco was a gentleman and a great host. Very accommodating. The location is stunning, beautiful views over the hills. Definitely recommend.

Stefano was such a great host! He left us a few bottles of sparkly and gave us the best recommendations for local places to eat and explore! The house was huge and beautiful and the view was truly amazing. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the pool because of the weather messing something up with it, but we had a great, peaceful, relaxing stay regardless! Would totally recommend and would totally stay here again.

Ev ihtiyaç duyulabilecek her şeye sahipti. Denize 10 dakika mesafedeydi. Yüksek konumu sayesinde geceleri daha serindi. Manzarası ve terası çok güzeldi. Bu bölgeye yapacağımız bir sonraki seyahatimizde kesinlikle bir daha tercih ederiz. Teşekkürler Franca Arrivederci

Everything about our stay was perfect. Elisabetta is an incredibly warm and hospitable woman. Our breakfast each morning prepared by her wonderful son was a beautiful was to start each day. Her B&B is the perfect respite! We will return!

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend tranquillo e piacevole in questa villa. Luogo silenzioso e lontano da rumori. Marco è stato molto gentile, ci ha dato indicazioni sulla zona e in quali ristoranti mangiare. Villa uguale alla descrizione, immersa nella natura. Ambienti spaziosi e puliti. Zusammengefasst: Grosse Empfehlung! Vor Reiseantritt war der Kontakt mit Paolo super. Sehr aufmerksam. Wegen einer Strassensperrung mussten wir früher anreisen. Paolo bot uns unaufgefordert an früher einzuchecken. Die Villa ist genial. Die Kinder haben sich vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Eigener Gartenbereich, eigenes Jacuzzi und riesiger Gemeinschaftspool. Alles sehr gepflegt. Paolo war jeden Morgen da um nach dem Rechten zu sehen. Ansonsten war seine zuckersüsse Mutter immer vor Ort. Niemals aufdringlich - wir hatten maximale Privatsphäre und Freiheit. Die Villa ist super ausgestattet und sehr grosszügig. Das Bad und die Küche hätten einzig bei gewissen Fugen eine Auffrischung verdient. Aber alles war sauber! Dass nicht alles Geschirr bei jedem Neuantritt gereinigt werden kann, ist klar. Hier ein Appell an Airbnb Gäste. Paolo hat uns mit Tipps versorgt, Wünsche erfüllt und war mit seiner Mutter der perfekte Gastgeber. Für uns ein „superhost“. Anna e Paolo, un grande abbraccio!!!

Immersa nel verde l'abitazione è molto bella e tranquilla,Dante e Annalisa sono persone molto disponibili, tornerò sicuramente,consigliatissimo come punto strategico per raggiungere Pescara e zone limitrofe.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso l’appartamento “Il Selvaggio” per l’intero mese di agosto ed è stata una bellissima esperienza. L’appartamento, all’interno di una villa ristrutturata in un contesto incantevole e molto suggestivo, è dotato di tutto quel che serve per un perfetto soggiorno. La casa è splendida, pulitissima, silenziosa e con un terrazzo e una vista magnifica. Gli elettrodomestici, i materassi, i cuscini, il bagno, l’arredamento sono scelti con grande gusto e funzionalità. La posizione inoltre permette di visitare sia il sud delle Marche che il nord dell’Abruzzo con facilità. Supermercati, gelaterie, ristoranti sono facilmente raggiungibili. Teresa, suo marito e i suoi figli sono stati gentilissimi: sono state persone molto discrete, ma allo stesso tempo attente alle nostre necessità e ci han dato parecchi consigli utili. I prodotti dell’orto erano superlativi: pomodori e insalata da sapori unici. Speriamo di poter tornare magari in autunno/inverno!

Un vero e proprio angolo di paradiso; prima fra tutte la disponibilità e gentilezza di Oriana che ci ha accolto in una casa curata in ogni dettaglio, dove non mancava alcuna comodità per passare un soggiorno in totale relax immersi tra i colli marchigiani. Un grazie speciale anche da parte della nostra cagnolina che forse ha apprezzato più di tutti le colazioni nello splendido giardino.

Host molto disponibile. L'appartamento corrispondeva esattamente alla descrizione e molto comodo per 8 persone. Molto comoda la posizione centralissima e fondamentale per spostarsi senza auto

We loved our stay at Lucia's apartment. The amenitites were as described in the listing with accurate photographs and the accommodation was extremely comfortable. The surrounding area had great shops, restuarants, and bars for evening meals and drinks. There is a supermarket 25 meters away from the aparment which was so convenient if you wanted to stay in and cook a meal. We felt very relaxed and at home. It was superb! Lucia was always there to help us if we messaged and the apartment was very easy to find with clear instructions for the use of the apartment, parking, local restuarants, and attractions. We are grateful for Lucia's help and would love to stay again! Thank you Lucia!

Ottima assistenza da parte dell’host, amichevolezza e disponibilità. Alloggio del tutto conforme alla descrizione. Zona centrale e vicina a molti punti d’interesse. Non molto parcheggio, bisogna cercare un po’.

Lille lejlighed med skøn udsigt til de smukkeste solopgange på dejlig terrasse. Fungerede fint som base. Køkken lidt småt - men heldigvis super gode muligheder for fantastisk mad til rimelige penge i køreafstand. Alberto er en skøn vært og gav os fantastiske anbefalinger på udflugter og spisesteder. Ikke mindst det lille marked om fredagen i kort afstand fra huset. Her startede vores morgen også hver dag med skøn kaffe på det lille kaffested. En del var lukket ned for sæsonen omend vejret stadig var fantastisk. Dette gjorde dog ikke vores 9 nætters ophold mindre fantastisk. Tusind tak Alberto for alt din information og fleksibilitet ift. indtjekning. Vi har haft en fantastisk ferie og håber at komme igen.

Casa Candida è inserita in un paesaggio favoloso. Ho sempre desiderato visitare questa parte dell'Abruzzo e questa era la sistemazione dei miei sogni. Le sue caratteristiche ce l'hanno rapidamente resa "casa". È stata per una settimana la nostra base di partenza per escursioni indimenticabili. Vicina, 15/20 minuti di auto, la Piana del Voltigno, con cavalli liberi, il pastore Pasquale, un ambiente e un paesaggio da sogno. E poi via, ogni giorno una meta diversa: Campo Imperatore, Rocca Calascio, Santo Stefano di Sessanio, Bominaco, Navelli, il fiume Tirino, le Gole de Sagittario e Scanno, L'Aquila, il Santuario della Ienca, per arrivare fino ad Amatrice. Tanta auto, ma anche tanti passi con davanti agli occhi bellezza. E nel buio e nel silenzio della sera/notte, uscire per l'ultima passeggiata col cane e vedere i segni del passaggio delle greggi. Questi luoghi sono stati per noi vacanza, alla ricerca di una bellezza non facile, che va meritata. Grazie Nadia, grazie Casa Candida.

Lovely peaceful setting with great pool and terrace area provided everything we needed for a home from home holiday. The only negative thing was a lack of microwave. The house was well stocked with things like toilet rolls and cleaning products and we were given a lovely welcome basket of locally produced food items, wine and beers and even a delicious cake made by the host. During our stay we needed to contact the host and they responded quickly. The gardens were very well maintained and totally private with automatic gates. The road leading up to the house is very steep so a powerful car is needed but all in all we had a great holiday.

Man merkt einfach, dass Pia mit Herz und Seele Gastgeberin ist – ihr liebevoll eingerichtetes Airbnb strahlt genau diese Wärme aus. Es war blitzsauber, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen kann. Wir haben uns rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt – wie bei guten Freunden. Tolles Haus, ruhig gelegen mit viel Privatsphäre, super Aussicht. Ein paar grad kühler als am Strand und ein leichter Wind, so ließ es sich selbst im August Hochsommer super aushalten. Viele Sitzmöglichkeiten rund ums Haus. Mega toller Pool mit Sprungbrett. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt mit unseren zwei Hunden sehr genossen. Der Aussenbereich ist mit Olivenbäumen und Pflanzen hübsch angelegt und der Pool lädt zum Schwimmen ein. Einzig die Liegen sollten in Zukunft erneuert werden. Die Gastgeber sind äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beim Eintreffen war sogar der Kühlschrank mit den wichtigsten Lebensmittel gefüllt. Als wir einen abendlichen Stromunterbruch hatten, wurde uns mit Kerzen und Taschenlampe ausgeholfen. Liebe Rosalba, Sergio, Laura und Francesco, herzlichen Dank für eure Gastfreundschaft. Un accueil chaleureux de Diana, avec un petit gâteau et un verre de vin du domaine. Nous nous sommes senti comme à la maison. Un havre de paix entouré de vignes avec un magnifique paysage de la région et des montagnes. Dégustation du vin du domaine incontournable par Amerigo nous faisant partager sa passion. Diana, Amerigo, Emanuele, Pietro nous ont ouverts leurs portes, fait visiter leur cave et faits participer à leurs activités. Toujours disponibles, prompt à nous rendre service ou à nous renseigner. La mer est à 15 mn environ, de beaux endroits à visiter aux alentours, Ascoli Piceno, Castel Trosino, Grottammare Borgo Antico, la Riserva Naturale Sentina, Civitella Del Tronto avec sa rue la plus étroite d'Italie. Nous avons passés un agréable séjour, dans un cadre magnifique et au calme. A la fin de notre séjour, nous sommes repartis avec un pincement au coeur. Nous n'oublierons pas la gentillesse et l'accueil de nos hôtes, sans oublier Charly, un adorable petit chien.

My wife and I stayed at margherita's Villa on May 18-26 and it was a wonderful experience. The Villa was even more spectacular in person , the accommodations were very comfortable and beautifully appointed. The grounds are maintained meticulously and the pool is inviting even on a chilly day. The panoramic views are spectacular. The location was perfect for us while visiting our family in Bucchianico. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to returning . 5 stars all the way around !!

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad. Het uitzicht is prachtig en het huis is voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Het zwembad is supergroot. De host reageert snel en vriendelijk. Echt aanbevolen als je van rust en natuur houdt.

Gianluca’s place was perfect for our stay we had everything we needed. We especially loved the very spacious terrace, the pool was amazing and the grounds and the surrounding area was fantastic! Parking was easy, and local shops, bars and restos easy as well. The space is ground floor super easy with a baby! Desi who is manager for check in was absolutely amazing and very helpful. Would recommend this place 10/10! Thanks for the stay would love to come back!
