One of my best AirBNB experiences, I slept really well in this lovely apartment. The exterior of the building was quaint and had character but the insides were modern, recently renovated and tastefully decorated. Fontecchio is a small but really charming little village and a great base to explore this corner of Abruzzo. The only thing is that public transport is extremely limited in this kind of rural area so you will have to rent a car if you are thinking of staying in Fontecchio. But otherwise, I rarely give out such great reviews on AirBNB - this is definitely an excellent choice, I truly recommend this place based on my great experience. Every time we encountered a minor issue, Fabrizio and Todd looked into it and took care of it at once, you can't ask for more. Thanks so much for a great holiday.

we had a great stay. large bedrooms. Short walk to the beach. We thought we lost the key they came right away. It was just misplaced thankfully we found it.

Feeling at home. Spaces with attention to every detail, disposable accessories and excellent house cleaning. Our one-year-old baby enjoyed the comfortable cradle provided by Ms. Paola at no extra charge. 5 stars to Ms. Paola for how she receives her guests.

This unit is in the historic area of Penne. Francesco told us ahead of time which street to find parking. He had his wife communicate with us because she is fluent in English. She proactively sent us information about the Good Friday procession and checked periodically to see if we needed anything or had any questions. Very communicative! The unit is small, but it worked perfectly for us. We really like Penne and the area. Hope to be back soon!

We stayed a week as a couple plus a child, the apartment is small but nothing is missing, there is air conditioning in the rooms, very quiet, everything very clean, they also left us a bed rail for the child since he slept with us. The location is central for walking, near the sea and shops to get the essentials. Nicola and Vera are very nice and friendly. I highly recommend it!

The apartment at Villa Chiara exceeded our expectations. The enchanting garden and the view of the sea was simply beautiful and relaxing.

We stayed in shoulder season so the town was quiet and not a lot of action. But we loved the place being right across the street from the beach. And it was clean and comfortable. Only thing we recommend is the host investing in better pillows for guests. Otherwise a great spot in a quiet beach centred community.

I stayed in this apartment in the village with my family for a week. We immediately felt at home. Mrs. Monica was immediately available, aware and very kind with her family of great workers to make sure we never miss anything, even recommending us about the place!!! Beautiful village and the point where the apartment (breathtaking view) is located and which immediately showed itself clean and as per the description and attached photos. With just a few minutes by car you can find yourself on the seafront, fantastic water among other things these days. Adjacent to the Monica apartment and her Family manage a wonderful fish restaurant "taverna Ferretti" of excellent quality that is frequented by many people every night. We are super satisfied and happy this week that will remain in our dearest memories and we plan to return soon!! Thank you Monica♥️

Great place to stay, a family oriented community and felt safe and secure. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable, and was very convenient to the beach. Definitely would recommend staying there and will revisit again.

Cinzia is a great woman! Friendly, kind, and at your service during your trip. The apartment is clean , the terrace is well located. Secure parking available and included in the price. Everything was perfect while I stayed. Very close to beaches/ bar / restaurant. Very nice accommodation, recently renovated and very clean. All modern comforts in a period building. Very spacious with wooden floors and double height with vaulted ceiling: entrance to a room equipped with kitchen, bathroom and very large bedroom, all new. Quiet, even if facing the street, thanks to the new fixtures and the almost non-existent traffic (from Saturday afternoon to Sunday morning). Free parking in the pitch behind the small neighboring church, a few steps along the church itself. Good supply of breakfast foods. Vetlana is very kind and helpful. The surrounding landscape is very beautiful, and can be admired during the journey to reach the destination. In addition to the houses that make up the small village, there is the Post Office, while we have not seen other commercial establishments (there should be a tavern/restaurant not far away). Both the accommodation and the manager are recommended.

Wonderful place in the San Grasso region.

The apartment is a few meters away from the beach and is well equipped! The terrace is private and very large. Unfortunately, the hot tub did not work during our stay, which we found very unfortunate, maybe we will have better luck next time. Thank you Lorenza for the lovely stay!

Everything is perfect!

What a gem! It's much much better than the pictures show it. the hosts are super friendly, the location is beautiful (but you do need a car obviously to get to places), private jacuzzi and great wi-fi!

Wonderful place. Intimate, very relaxing, full of details and precautions, very clean. Very kind owner, very nice and attentive to give every indication. The area is very peaceful. If you want peace, it is a good place to "escape".

We stayed here to escape the British winter and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place to both work from and to discover this wonderful part of Italy. Luciano was on hand via messaging, he gave us gifts, cooked for us, dropped a meal in when I was poorly and was all in all the perfect host…without being intrusive. The apartment is a fabulous size, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for two people to work…and also good wifi. There are handy supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and larger ones within a 2 minute drive. We’d recommend you have a car to explore the area fully, but there are also plenty of villages close enough to walk/cycle to. For cycling the area is particularly excellent. We loved our time here. Returning is our priority!

Small corner of relaxation. Clean and tidy rooms with everything you need. The details make a difference. like the LEDs, Netflix, the bathtub, the moss on the walls, etc... highly recommended.

Words are not enough to describe how incredibly beautiful it is here! It's all even more beautiful than in the photos! Raffaele & Carla are fantastic hosts and have created an absolute paradise here. Thought of every detail and created a place from which you don't want to leave with a lot of love and incredible care. The property is a dream as well as the view of mountains and sea! The apartments are equipped with everything you need! They also gave us the most amazing tips for restaurants and excursions and were always on hand if we needed anything. We are already planning the next vacation here next year! Thank you so much for this great holiday!
