The place is wonderful. It is obvious that it is a new or recently adapted place and has the essentials for a pleasant stay. To highlight the pool, the BBQ area and the kitchen. It is located in a quiet area, perfect for resting if desired or for organizing an activity with friends and family without disturbing anyone, since the property is private and is at a respectful distance from others. If the trip is made by the total number of guests for whom the property is available, they will need to share some beds, since the accommodation is with double beds and trundle beds. The communication, in particular, with Paula, was wonderful and Daniela was also attentive at the time of checkout. I wish you much success in maintaining this beautiful and good place, improving little by little one or another detail to make the stay even more pleasant.

The house is great, brand new everything, very comfortable and cozy. The location is great and convenient, the weather and surrounding nature are amazing. The hot tub is perfect addition to the house to relax surrounded by a great view. The area feels very safe and the host was very responsive and attentive to our request. Recommended place to stay, looking forward to return to this nice property.

Everything in the excellent house, please congratulate Mrs. Rubiela and Mr. José for welcoming us and making us feel at home. Everything is very clean, safe and tidy, perfect weather and the best is that the BBQ is in front of the pool, making everything more comfortable. We would definitely come back, we travel with my family and our dogs where they feel free and they can walk around the green area

House with different spaces to share, well located, the pool is small, but fair for the weather.

What an incredible place to stay with attentive hosts (bilingual) that went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable. The location is safe and removed from the noise of the city. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

The house is perfect for disconnecting and enjoying the landscapes. It's comfortable and spacious, great for large groups. We loved the billiard area, which was really fun, and the kitchen is well stocked with enough cooking utensils. The estate has a lot of potential, but there are some maintenance details that should be considered. The sink key in the kitchen was very loose and not kept in place, and the TV in the room didn't work during our stay. Also, it would be ideal to have access to a washing machine and dryer, especially for longer stays. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and think with a little more attention to maintenance, this place would be absolutely spectacular.

It's a very beautiful place to spend time with your partner, it's just as it looks in the photos, however the road to get to the place is very ugly, with uncovered parts, muddy, etc.

The stay was good, the villa is very comfortable but needs a lot of maintenance, it is forgotten and several structures are fragile, the cleaning was very good and as a recommendation, that the people who are going to take care of the villa (cleaning lady and administrator) be kinder

We stayed as a group of 9 people for 3 nights, everything with Camilo and Mr. Valeriano (his assistant) was excellent from day one. They were very attentive to our arrival, always attentive to any needs that arose during the stay, and on the day of our departure, Mr. Valeriano helped us to leave. The house is located on the road between Silvania and Fusa, within a residential development, so it has two equally safe entrances. We always felt comfortable and safe on the property. All bedrooms come with comfortable beds and appropriate bedding, and the bathrooms and kitchen are well-equipped. 10/10 experience both in the stay and in the amenities in the house. Very grateful to Camilo and Mr. Valeriano for their excellent attention and care.

The accommodation is as shown in the photos, the people who take care of the estate are very friendly and always ready to collaborate with what was needed, the only thing should fix the siphon of the games since when I arrived that area smelled a little bad. Otherwise, the facilities, and the Perfect staff. Of course we would come back.
