A quick 15 minute drive gets you right into SV. We are a 5 minute walk to Riparian Area Trailheads and a short drive from the Huachuca Mountains. Or sit on our patio and enjoy the deer, hummingbirds, & quail that stop by!

This is a very spacious 2 bedroom living area. I added it’s own private entrance. There is no access to any other part of the house. I have modified one bedroom to include a mini kitchen, it does NOT have a stove. I provide a hot plate, small refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender & coffee maker, as well as basic dinning needs, plates, utensils & cups. Very quiet paved street & mountain view. PLEASE NOTE HOUSE RULES BEFORE BOOKING to ensure that this would be a great fit for both parties

Welcome to Burro Ranch! Thanks for considering a stay with us. Burro Ranch is located in the middle of most of the local restaurants and stores. Yet, when you reach the end of the road and our gravel driveway begins, you will feel like you’re in the country. The driveway will pass the livestock before going up the hill past the main house to the guesthouse (this listing) where you have a private backyard and access to a shared pool and BBQ area. Myself and my family just got back home from staying 10 nights at her Airbnb and it felt like home. Louella is very fast at getting back with you if you have any questions and she makes sure all your needs are met. She was so friendly and made sure we had all we needed while staying. The place is in a very quiet and safe neighborhood with a fenced in backyard. The views are breathtaking as every morning I sat out back and drank my coffee. The home is very spacious and has all the amenities you will need. It is also very close to amazing restaurants, Walmart, Target, the mall, Fort Huachuca, and much more. If you are looking for somewhere close to it all with an amazing host… This is your place and you will not be disappointed. My family had plenty of room and loved our stay! Highly recommend and can’t beat the price with an amazing host!

Great communication; very responsive and provided me with information before I could even ask for it. Charlie checked in with me the morning after arrival just to make sure everything was going well or if we needed anything It was great having separate rooms for everyone and the home was beautiful. Will definitely book again, should we be in the Sierra Vista area again, whether for work or pleasure.

We were in town for a few days for my son’s AIT graduation, and Don’s place was perfect! After two long days of travel, it was a great spot to unwind. The location is super convenient—very close to Fort Huachuca. The decor is quaint and cozy, and it really feels like a home away from home. The beds were decent overall; the master bed could be a bit more comfortable, but it didn’t take away from our stay. All in all, it’s a great place and we’d definitely stay again!

This house has great updates and a very comfortable place! Beds are comfortable, sitting rooms are great, kitchen is easy to use, appliances work great, and has lots of character. Nice big dining table. The neighborhood was perfectly situated for our work, close to stores and restaurants. We come to Sierra Vista every year, and this is by far the best place we’ve stayed! Nice and clean, and everything we could need was provided. Has a great laundry room for longer stays.
