Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms, a small bathroom with a toilet and a shower (there is a door) and a large living room with a kitchen, a dining room and a covered porch with an area of 20m2. At the top of the mezzanine with 3 sleeping areas (bed and 2 mattresses on pallets). The home is comfortable for 2 families.
