An unexpected central location, everything super accessible yet very quiet. And even with a dog great. Ulli was already a very good and accommodating host in advance and since he happened to be at home during my stay, we always ran into each other, which always resulted in a nice chat. Otherwise, I never felt like I was disrupting him in his privacy. Everything was clean so far, the amenities very good (incl. Kitchen, bathroom). Despite the humble weather throughout, we felt comfortable.

A simple room, but more than sufficient for my purpose. I needed a place to sleep after a daily 12 hours seminar marathon. This was clear to me in the space. Luckily, there was also a bed with mattress and no folding couch in it. So that I was woken up by the birds in good sleep in the morning after the seminar and not by a sleepless "couchnacht". Thank you and we'd love to come back. Marcus

Nicole had described everything very accurately and the communication was great. Nicole's kitchen utensils are very high quality and new. The bed is very comfortable and the location of the apartment is in a quiet residential area. I felt very comfortable there.
