Spacious Dauin Beach House with Island Views!

Right on the water and near some of the best scuba diving and snorkeling in the Philippines. This home is just north of Dauin, the world famous diving mecca. The views are fantastic and the home is spacious, as is the large private terrace and yard. I'm renting the house out while I'm away on vacation. Upgraded everything including adding Air Conditioning throughout the home, hot water heaters in the bathrooms, and fresh paint throughout. And very fast internet! Come enjoy life on the beach!

Rhumbutan Beach House, San Juan - Ocean Front

Rhumbutan House is located on the west coast of Siquijor Island on a low bluff above a narrow beach (15m wide) with incredible sunset views to Apo Island. There is a small private plunge / swimming pool in the front garden overlooking the sea. A large shaded front deck and direct beach access. At high tide the sea almost reaches the garden; at low tide a rocky platform is exposed where locals search for shellfish in the traditional way. There are no hawkers or children selling you trinkets!
