Beautifully designed family home, set in a quiet location on the edge of Thorpe Bay and near Southend. Professionally managed by Pass The Keys for Colin & Karen while they are visiting family. Their home is spacious and extremely comfortable. Offers free parking on the drive and has fast Wi-Fi. There are three pubs, supermarket and chippy within 10 minutes walk. It is about 2 miles from the beach at Shoebury Common and at East Beach, and less than 3 miles from popular events venue, Garon Park.

A great little get away in a beautiful Victorian home. The studio has a private entrance from your own south facing balcony overlooking trees and the artistic apartment overlooks the garden with far sea view. Close to Anglia and C2C stations from London with convenient bus and airport links. Full fibre wi-fi. TV with Netflix as well as fridge, microwave, toaster + kettle for light snacks. The spacious bathrooms have bathtub and shower. We provide tea, coffee and biscuits and self check in.

This is a very calm space decorated in F&B elephants breath paint with contrasting furnishings. A double bed + a sofa bed. Small kitchen with sink, fridge, hob, tea and coffee making facilities and a toaster. Dinning table & 2 chairs. A microwave is situated in the utility room on the landing outside the studio door. Very nice shower room It’s ideal as a compact living space to use when visiting relatives or just on a break in lovely Leigh on Sea. No outside space is available

I had a fantastic stay at Justin's place! The home was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The check-in process was seamless, and communication with the host was quick and helpful from start to finish. The location was perfect—close to lots of restaurants. The bed was super comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like coffee, toiletries, extra blankets and the local guidebook. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area! I would absolutely stay here again.

Large 4 bedroom house near Southend

A much more spacious property than it looks. Very clean. The garden particularly the patio outside the kitchen was lovely especially for breakfast. Everything worked the beds were comfortable, and the WiFi good enough for my husband to work without complaining. Two small points though not complaints: (a) more tables knives and mugs would be handy and (b) the main bedroom smelled of mothballs. No sign of moths but the wardrobe needs a good clear out. There than that a nice property we'll probably rent again when we're visiting relatives. Locally, the 24 hour Tesco and the small Sainsbury's have most things and are about a 15 minute walk. Street parking nearby. There's also an American diner nearby called Grumpys modelled on Elvis which is fun.

A hidden Gem ! The room I stayed in was delightful. I loved the decor and the ambience. It was like the best boutique hotel ( at a fraction of the price.) Supercomfy bed, cotton waffle towels, espresso machine… Michael & Agne and dog Lando were all delightful and welcoming. Communication was fabulous and they provided me with oat milk on request. I cannot recommend their place or the delightful hospitality enough. It was a total pleasure staying at this hidden gem.

Everything was perfect for my night at Esther's. Esther and Glen were very welcoming and made me feel at home for my brief stay; The house was very clean and tidy and very near all amenities and bus links. I would recommend this Airbnb and stay here again myself.
