Super expérience, le cadre de cette maison est magnifique et le calme est au rendez-vous ! Les propriétaires étaient disponibles et attentionné tout au long de nos vacances ! Un grand bravo pour à eux pour avoir construit ce joli nid de tranquillité au milieu de la nature et des animaux !

Hostitel je skvely clovek, ochotny kedykolvek pomoct, aj napriek tomu, ze sa momentalne nenachadzal v Ulcinj, na vsetky prosby promptne reagoval, komunikoval so znamymi a ti ochotne pomohli s cimkolvek. Ubytovanie splnilo nase predstavy nad ocakavania, vrelo ho odporucame!

Absolutely fantastic week at Radas apartment with our nearly 2 year old son. It's a roomy and warm space with everything you need including a sea view from one of the balconies! walking distance to the beach and close to bigger towns of Sutomore and Bar with loads of great places to eat and things to do. Rada was so welcoming and helpful we had such a wonderful week in a great apartment, fantastic location and really great value for money. highly recommended!

Z całego serca polecam to miejsce ponieważ można się tam poczuć wyjątkowo komfortowo. Zdjęcia nie oddają nawet do końca piękna tego miejsca. Apartamenty zostały przygotowane z najwyższa starannoscia, otoczenie jest urokliwe, dostępne są wszelkie niezbędne udogodnienia. Miejsce jest niezwykle urokliwe, zorganizowane w taki sposób aby każdy mógł poczuć się swobodnie. Jest bardzo czysto, obsługa codziennie dba o czystość całego ośrodka, jest bardzo pomocna i miła. Na miejscu dostępny jest piękny basen z komfortowy mi leżaka mi, parasolami, prysznicem i toaleta tuż obok. Wszystko zostało wykonane na wysokim poziomie. Gospodarze to przemili, uczyni i otwarci ludzie, każdego gościa witają z nie bywała serdecznością, są pomocni w każdej kwestii, doradzą w zakresie lokalnych restauracji, atrakcji. Do morza zaledwie 7min spacerkiem. Gospodarze to przemili, otwarci ludzie, sprawia, że poczujecie się u nich naprawdę dobrze! Polecamy z całego serca zarówno dla par jak i rodzin z dziećmi!

Dank voor het geweldige verblijf! Het uitzicht is subliem. De locatie is centraal; verschillende leuke plekken zijn (per bus) goed te bereiken. Eetplekjes dichtbij, supermarkt voor het hoognodige in de buurt. Vooral de gastvrijheid van Jelena en Nikolai was de kers op de taart. Het begon al met een warm welkom. Je kan voor al je vragen en tips terecht, maar ook voor een gewoon gezellig praatje. We mochten proeven van de eigen gemaakte ‘womens’ en uiteindelijk ‘stronger’ likeur en hier werd uitgebreid over gedeeld. Vonden wij een erg leuke aanvulling op ons verblijf. Al met al echt een aanrader voor een leuke, ontspannen en gezellige plek! Dank!

If you are looking to disconnect without having to go "off grid", this is your place! Xhuljanë's villas are just that, a place of peaceful surroundings like the daily sheep and goat walk that passes by each morning and evening. The beautiful cows that roam through the fields. Waking up to the rugged mountains just within reach as you sit in the well needed and very clean hot tub was perfect! Amazing hiking trails nearby and fantastic drive into Theth! They are building more of these villas, with slightly different design that will give you more space, but they are plentiful! Great 4 night stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at Daniel's & will definitely be back! Daniel was a super host always happy to help/advise when needed. Daniel is very friendly & hospitable. The apartment was superb & would definitely recommend. The location is perfect right in the middle of Kotor & Tivat with a bus service you can get on at the door. Plenty to do as well Restaurants, Boat Tours (which will pick you up on the private jetty) & close to local places to eat. Thanks Daniel from Kylie, Pete, Zane & Chloe

Willa przepiękna, ogromna, czysta, świetnie wyposażona w kameralnej okolicy. Byliśmy naprawdę zaskoczeni, zdecydowanie miejsce przerosło nasze oczekiwania. Widok nie z tej ziemi, coś pięknego! Niedaleko znajduje się również mała plaża, parę minut od willi. Całe miejsce nas zachwyciło, tego nie da się opisać. Właścicielka cudowna, kochana, pomocna - wspaniała osoba! Z całego serca polecam wybór tej willi, Liubov - jeszcze raz dziękujemy! ❤️

Rustic Villa’s was the perfect winter break. The villa we stayed in had the most incredible view of the valley down toward Ulcinj and the sea. The property is located on an olive farm which is very private. The pool with BBQ area is amazing and would be perfect for a hot summer day. The villa itself has everything you need and is super clean. Upstairs the bedroom has a balcony perfect for morning coffee and croissants. The hot tub is huge and was a great way to relax after a long day of touring. It is recommended to have your own vehicle to get around and see Montenegro. Đona was great at giving us ideas of where to go and what we could do to celebrate New Years. Đona was one of the most amazing people we have ever met. It was like visiting family. He made our stay so comfortable and went out of his way to make us feel at home. From having lovely conversations over baklava and Raki, to enjoying an evening BBQ with snacks and wine. We could not have found a better place to stay!

The best experience staying in this vila with my girls! 🙌🏼 Great appartments, incredible view, pool, bar, all applause’s to the host who made us feel like at home and helped with everything! You definately need a car for easy traveling. Also the private beach just 2min away. Highly recommended and cannot wait to come back again!🌼✨☀️

Absolutely incredible location with a private jetty and pool. Very peaceful with no crowds in the middle of summer. The house was comfortable for our family of 5 and Nikola made a big effort to support us with things needed for our 11month old. It was a very special holiday and a must if you are looking to enjoy magnificent Bay of Kotor.

It was a beautiful week in Montenegro and Nina’s villa made it even more amazing. I’m looking forward to visiting again very soon

We had a fantastic stay in Kotor! The property is very spacious with comfortable beds, and the main house is beautifully renovated. There's a nice private entrance to the bay for swimming, which was a highlight. The hosts were super communicative and always helpful—anything we needed, they provided. We also booked a boat tour through them which was excellent and highly recommended! The top-floor studio is a bit older but still charming and well-equipped. Plus, having a sauna and jacuzzi was a great bonus. Would definitely come back!

We had a great stay! The private yard with a pool is amazing – perfect for sunbathing and relaxing in the afternoon. There’s also a beautiful hammam and a small gym, which were a lovely bonus. The climate inside the house is very comfortable – never too hot or too cold. Everything else in the house was convenient and well thought out. It had everything we needed and really felt like home.

Es war, als würde man zu Freunden kommen, die einfach alles daran setzen, einem eine unvergessliche Zeit zu bereiten. Das Haus selbst ist ein Traum: stilvoll, aber nicht überladen – mit genau dem richtigen Maß an geschmackvoller Deko und viel Gefühl für Atmosphäre. Obviously, there are cheaper places in this area. We loved the wonderful hot tub and the great view. We stayed for one night only, and it was the perfect place to relax after hiking in the Theth area.

Wir waren zu viert in der Unterkunft und hatten einen rundum angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war jederzeit freundlich, zuverlässig und unkompliziert. Die Unterkunft war sauber, gut ausgestattet und genauso wie beschrieben – wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und können den Aufenthalt definitiv weiterempfehlen!

Daria and Damir’s place is absolutely perfect. The photos don’t do it justice! Even as a small place it has absolutely everything you might need, from breakfast for the morning to flip flops and dressing gowns for the hot tub. The views are beautiful and we felt extremely comfortable and welcomed, I could not recommend it more!!

It's a beautiful place to stay and enjoy nature and the surrounding views. We had some horses and cats visiting us, and kids loved it. We stayed in house 2. All was nice and we enjoyed our stay. It has all basic equipment to even cook a meal. However, the house does need a bit of maintenance as it is visible that some guest unfortunately didn't look after the place.

Absolutely beautiful place nestled into the mountains. Lovely view and beautiful home with hot tub. We arrived in the evening and were welcomed by a friendly host and shown around. Everything was explained. Hosts communicated clearly prior and during our stay which was nice. Definitely worth booking! Only thing we would say is that we arrived in the dark and some of the road leading to it was not the best (dirt road) - we knew this however as the hosts had told us before, so it wasn‘t a surprise. Still, we had a lovely stay!

Beautiful cabin, very well designed, incredible surroundings and very close to national park and old capital city. Very kind and responsive host.

Die Unterkunft war wirklich beeindruckend – modern, gemütlich und sehr sauber! Besonders der Whirlpool war ein Highlight: angenehm warm und perfekt zum Entspannen. In der Küche waren alle wichtigen Utensilien vorhanden, was das Kochen einfach machte. Es ist jedoch empfehlenswert, grundlegende Dinge wie Salz, Öl und Küchenrolle selbst mitzubringen, da diese nicht vor Ort sind. Auch sollte man bedenken, dass die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca. 45 Minuten entfernt liegen – daher besser vorab alles Nötige besorgen. Insgesamt ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt, absolut empfehlenswert!
