Wonderful place, wish it was available a little longer but it was booked. Easy parking, around plenty of restaurants & things to do. There is a gym, pool, supermarket, restaurants & stores all in walking distance. Definitely recommend!

Biz çok memnun kaldık . Victoria harika bir insan ve çok misafirperver. Old town yürüyerek 10 dk yemyeşil ağaçların arasından inerek ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Dönüş 15 dk biraz merdiven söz konusu. Evin temizliği harikaydı eksik hiç bir şey yoktu. Bahçesi doğası sessizliği çok iyi. Vaktimiz olsa kalmaya devam ederdik. Otopark sorunu yok. Evde her şey çalışır vaziyette su sıcak mutfağında her malzeme var kliması güzel . Teşekkürler Victoria

A wonderful experience in the heart of Lustica bay! The apartment was extremely clean, modern and fully equipped for a pleasant stay. Thr location was ideal. The hosts were friendly and available for any questions, which made our stay even more pleasant. I would definitely come back and recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place to rest!

Everything was amazing, flat was as expected - beautiful view, clean, comfortable bed and sofas. The pool was great, open 24/7 so you can swim even at night. Be aware that there are many families with children so if you are looking for peacefull days by the pool, they won’t be peacefull. (Haha) On the other hand, it could be easily fixed by headphones or mojito from the downstairs bar. :) I would reccomend to stay there.

the apartments are really great - it has a very nice balcony view and is literally in the middle of the city, so very convenient! the host is very responsive and easygoing :) so i would recommend it!

Logement situé à 5 minutes de la vieille ville de Kotor avec vue sur la montagne. Maison familiale. Andjelko est un parfait hôte qui est venu nous chercher à la gare routière et nous a amener au téléphérique.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The flat was spotless, beautifully maintained, and always cool and comfortable thanks to the air conditioning — such a treat to return to after a day out. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away, and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby, which made everything super convenient. Stefana was the perfect host: incredibly friendly, kind, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. She even booked a cab for us when we were checking out, which made things so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ivan’s. He was a very friendly, responsive, and helpful host, who responded to our inquiries in a timely manner. And he graciously picked us up and dropped us off at the bus station. The layout is spacious, with a great shower, and well-equipped kitchen for cooking. About a twenty minute walk to the fresh market and a bit less to the grocery store and promenade, but it was convenient being so close to a train stop that made day trips to other places easy. Sutamore beach was only a ten minute train ride away. And it was nice having fresh mandarins and pomegranates just outside our door. Good option if you have a car, too.

Auch der Blick auf das majestätische Lovćen-Gebirge ist beeindruckend. Die perfekte Lage eröffnet einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf das Meer und die Bucht. Selbst bei schlechtem Wetter gibt es viel zu genießen: Ein wunderschöner Swimmingpool sowie ein Spa-Bereich mit Sauna, Hamam und Jacuzzi laden zum Entspannen ein. Der gut ausgestattete Fitnessraum rundet das Angebot ab. Aufgrund der steilen Topographie empfiehlt es sich, ein Fahrzeug zu mieten. Das freundliche Personal der Anlage steht bei allen Anliegen gerne zur Seite. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Easily found the place and the people behind this place are very communicative and helpful. The place is exactly like the pictures if not better. Very clean and very modern felt very boogie for the price. The view from both bedrooms was amazing. Price-wise youre getting your moneys worth no doubt about it. Overall would 100% suggest to couples and even 2 couples together, also I would and will visit again for sure no doubt.

Amazing place to stay. Great location in Dobrota walkable to old town and close by beaches / restaurants and lovely walks along the water front. Can’t recommend enough, the host was super friendly and flexible with check in and outs and very kind. Would definitely stay here again!

Darko is a really kind and accommodating host willing to go the extra mile for his guests. Although the suite may be small, it's located just a stones throw from old town and the beach front, with lots of options for eating out. Taxis are available from the near by hotel for those wanting to go further afield.

This is such a lovely area. And this apartment has been the perfect homebase for our adventures. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

Sehr schön eingerichtete und saubere Wohnung, Highlight waren der Pool und der Saunabereich. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen und man muss zum/vom Strand eine steile Straße hoch-/herunterlaufen, das sollte man wissen. Für das Parken direkt auf dem Grundstück muss man zahlen, in der Nähe ist aber auch ein kostenloser Parkplatz.

From the first moment our stay in apartment was just amazing. The apartment is large, clean, cozy and you can find literally everything you need and there is large terrace with a beautiful view. The beach can be reached on foot in 15 minutes and there are shops around the apartment. Marjan is really the best and the warmest host we have met and he will help you in any matter, at any time. He also helped with getting to the airport, which was a great help for us. We are very grateful for everything, thank you very much for this wonderful holiday!

Nous avons voyagé à 6. La propriété est très belle, nous avons passé un agréable moment. Le logement est climatisé et propre. L’hôte est réactif et agréable. Nous recommandons ce logement. Chose à savoir, une des 3 chambres est une chambre de passage pour aller dans les autres chambres.

Really lovely and clean place, pool was an added touch. Location is around a 15 min walk from the Old town. Lovely and friendly host. Kitchen amenities could be slightly better, no chopping board/chopping knives. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay, and I would recommend it!

This place was amazing for us. We stayed for 90 days, and due to the nature of the space, we achieved so much during our time. Dejan, his wife, Meli, and the team Danka & Bozo are a great group of hosts. They are like a small family, and we felt right at home. Our dog Shadow loved the enclosed garden space and was chasing lizards for hours. The place was very well maintained, and the listing doesn't do it justice because it has so many surprises. The private gym was SO good for us. All we did was work, train, and eat good food. We managed to source some great local ingredients like RAW Buffalo milk. This place feels very private and enclosed, which is good if you want to be away from the busy city. Meli is growing amazing food in the garden, and if you are lucky enough, you will get to have some. They went the extra mile whenever anything needed fixing, and were very quick to respond when we needed support. The Wifi is solid for digital nomads like us. I will miss this place & people!!

this place was amazing the hosts went out of their way to help us with every tiny detail. they sent a taxi to pick us up and helped us arrange tours. the house is beautiful. if you are even considering this location, this is the house for you. Dont hesitate. beautiful grounds. one of a kind.

Dragana is the best airbnb host I have ever had. She is very kind, thoughtful and friendly and goes out of her way to make sure that everything is perfect with the property and your stay. The house is beautiful and the private pool is perfect. Each of the three bedrooms has it's own full bathroom with a shower. The house is cleaned and new towels are left for us each day, which is an amazing touch and rare with any airbnb. I normally like to change places when I visit a city again, but when I come back to Budva I will definitely be staying at Dragana's house because I know that everything will be taken care of and we will be able to relax and enjoy Montenegro with total comfort and peace of mind. I can't speak highly enough about her house and her hospitality. Huge thank you from all of us for a wonderful stay.

Отдыхали с ребёнком и друзьями. Домик небольшой, но очень уютный. Мы расположились в двух комнатах на втором этаже, друзья (Мама с ребёнком) жили на первом, в итоге трое взрослых и двое детей 6 и 11 лет разместились вполне комфортно. Есть кухня в доме и на улице, мы пользовались последней, вечерами можно сидеть за столом в окружении цветущих деревьев и пить вкусное и недорогое местное вино :) Море совсем близко, берёг скальный, но если пройти чуть дальше налево от улицы, на которой стоит дом, то можно найти небольшие пляжи с хорошим входом. Море невероятно чистое, детям брали маски и вечером смотрели на рыб, это полный восторг! Мы арендовали машину в аэропорту и объехали несколько мест, но море самое интересное оказалось именно здесь :) Есть небольшой гараж для машины, что очень удобно, поскольку припарковаться на узких улочках сложно. В 10 минутах езды супермаркет, пекарни, маленький магазин с продуктами и всякими мелочами в соседнем доме, есть несколько хороших кафе. С наличием машины местоположение оказалось очень удачным- мы доехали до Бара (нового и старого ), Ульцина, Котора и даже до Шкодера приграничного Албанского города.

A little piece of paradise tucked away in the hills above the beautiful Bay of Kotor. The house is comfortable (with effective air-conditioning and reliable WiFi), but it's the large outside space that really steals the show - lots of terraces with seating and umbrellas or trees for shade, we enjoyed eating all our meals in different places! Relaxing with a cool beer and a book with those amazing views and the sound of the cicadas was heavenly. The kids loved the pool (which is bigger than it appears in the photos) and it's all wonderfully private. As mentioned in other reviews, the 10-mins drive up from Morinj is steep and narrow (don't rent too big a car!), and it took a while to get used to parking in the steep driveway, so this place is not suitable for nervous drivers, or in fact for anyone with mobility problems. There is loads to do in the area - you could have a chilled-out beach holiday, soak up historic culture, or enjoy hiking and watersports. Perast, Kotor, Porto Montenegro and Herceg Novi are all within easy reach. The tourist areas and beaches were busy, but we had expected that in July. Alexandra and Gunther were fantastic hosts and always responded promptly with loads of information including practical details and tourist tips. Highly recommended!
