Beachfront holiday rentals in Shkodra Lake

Ülkemizden uzak yerde bile evimiz gibi hissettiğimiz tek yer. Her şey çok ama çok güzel ve konforluydu. Ve en önemlisi bizi geldiğimiz ilk günden vedalaştığımız son ana kadar güler yüzüyle bizi hiç yalnız bırakmayan Olga’ya çok teşekkürler. Tekrardan gelmek için sabırsızlanıyoruz.

Fantastische locatie, prettige communicatie met Gasper. Goed huisje, met kleine maar heerlijke douche. Kleine keuken, maaltijden maken waarschijnlijk een beetje lastig, maar met veel goede en goedkope restaurants in de buurt, hebben wij dat niet gedaan. Er is geen tuin, maar een gezamenlijke binnenplaats. Je kunt gebruik maken van een parkeerplaats bij het huis. Wij vonden deze echter zó krap en risicovol dat wij betaald ( €3,- per 24 uur) hebben geparkeerd bij de kerk op 200 meter. Tip: Fisi Restaurant om de hoek op Bulevardi Skënderbeu.

We had a fantastic 10 days at Drazin Vrt. The view from the apartment is stunning and we never tired of gazing out over the bay of Kotor. The beach across the road, Bajova Kula is pebbled, like most of those on this side of Kotor, but idyllic. There’s a lovely beach bar which was just opening while we were there. Five mins down the road is the floating Kraken Bar with lovely mussels & underwater stored wine. Perast 10 mins in the other direction was full of restaurants, beautiful buildings & the Lady of the rocks. Kotor is easy to get to and we visited many other places including Durmitor Park, Budva and all of the coastal hamlets. The apartment is really well laid and very comfortable but you will need a car to get around as there isn’t really a concept of pavements. The coast road is busy from sunrise to sunset but was not an issue for us. I can’t recommend this place enough, far enough away from Kotor to barely see the cruise ships but close enough to explore. Stunning!

Ado's place is perfect for us to relax before heading home. Right along the coastline where the first thing you see when you get out of the property is the Bay (Just to clarify, you cannot see the Bay inside the unit). It's very peaceful and yet within 15 minutes walk to the Old Town. Abundant restaurants and even some markets to dine and shop. Ado also recommended a fish market for us to buy fresh catch. It's a must visit place if you love to cook seafood and drink wine. We arrived very late at night, so it was a bit nervous driving the narrow coastal road with cars parked on both sides and without street lights. But Ado was kind enough to have his daughter waited outside for us. The bathroom was a bit tight and the water heater capacity was small, so if you are a group of four and want hot showers, you will have to space yourselves or take quick showers. We got used to it the second night :) All in all, it was a splendid stay. Thank you for everything, Ado. Best to Bo-Bo too.

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad in Kotor! De locatie was perfect – centraal gelegen, met alles wat je nodig hebt op loopafstand. De ruimte was schoon, netjes en duidelijk met zorg onderhouden, wat meteen een welkom gevoel gaf. De host was bijzonder vriendelijk en proactief, gaf duidelijke communicatie vooraf en stond altijd klaar met tips of hulp wanneer nodig – zonder opdringerig te zijn. Wat echt het verschil maakte: de parkeerplaats. Ruim, veilig en gemakkelijk bereikbaar – iets wat je niet vaak zo goed geregeld ziet bij een Airbnb in de stad. Kortom: alles klopte. We komen hier graag nog eens terug!

Wir waren Ende September für eine Woche hier. Wir bewohnten das mittlere Appartement von 3 übereinander liegenden. Man hat einen wundervollen Blick auf's Meer. Es war ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für unsere Touren, wandern, paddeln am Skardasee, Strandtage am endlosen Sandtrand bei Ulcinj. Leihwagen ist Voraussetzung. Direkt neben der Unterkunft befindet sich ein kleines Restaurant mit leckerem Essen. Beachten, ab 1. Oktober schließen die meisten Restaurants, Saisonende! Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. We recently stayed for a week away with our young family. The house is absolutely perfect, has everything you can possibly need for an incredible holiday. The view is out of this world - we felt very lucky to be there. Mladen was so friendly and helpful, answering all questions we had very quickly and going out of his way to make us feel comfortable. Не первый раз в Черногории, и каждый раз останавливаемся в этой квартире. В квартире есть всё что необходимо, фен, утюг, стиральная машина, интернет. Всё чисто. Есть кондиционеры. Близко к главное площади Тивата. Удобное заселение. Нам все очень нравится, остановимся еще раз. Спасибо большое!

Zeljko was a great guy and made us comfortable as he can. He was nice and kind to us. Welcome gifts were brilliant, view of Kotor Bay seen from balcony and the pool was also brilliant. Unfortunately we couldn't use the pool due to weather conditions, however me and my wife will definitely come again next summer to stay more than this time.

Dreamtime Villa was one of the best AirBnB villa's we stayed in. The villa is spacious, as indicated on the site. Anz who is Marko's son he is present at the villa 24x7, which is a great help. He takes care of all the needs and that was an added advantage. He was reachable whenever required and has super knowledge about the area. The Villa is around 30 min drive from Lustica Bay where there are lots of nice restaurants and grocery. Villa has sizable swimming pool, pool table and lot of facilities to keep you and kids busy at the villa.

Marijana e David são anfitriões fantásticos! Foram super prestativos! O apartamento é perfeito, pequeno mas muito arrumado, o sofá cama é super confortável e tem todas as comodidades necessárias para estadia. A piscina do condomínio é mais um grande diferencial e a vista para a praia também. Definitivamente ficaria lá novamente. O melhor airbnb da região!

Had a brilliant stay at Tatiana’s place. Tatiana was incredibly responsive throughout and let us have a later check out, which was really helpful with children. The apartment itself is great. Has everything that you need, is as described and clean. The view from the balcony was an absolute highlight for us. We spent every evening on the balcony - the view is something we will miss. There is also a pool, which my kids really enjoyed. The apartment itself is located about 1 hours walk from Kotor old town, but it is a nice walk along the beach front. Taxi’s are also easily accessible. We actually really enjoyed the area where the apartment itself is located. A little quieter than the busier old town- but still with a beautiful beach/promenade.There is a great restaurant nearby- where you can swim in the sea - which was great. Our kids loved it. There is also a park, a shop and a brilliant bakers within walking distance. Would recommend!

We had an amazing 5-day stay at this beautiful penthouse in Bečići! The apartment is modern, sparkling clean, and full of light thanks to the huge panoramic windows. We loved spending time on the spacious terrace — perfect for working, relaxing, or enjoying the sea view. The whole building is new and very well maintained, and the location is just a couple of minutes from the beach. Everything was super comfortable. The Wi-Fi was fast and stable — no issues at all. Sylwia was a great host — very responsive and helpful. She even arranged for someone to handle our temporary registration in Montenegro, which made things incredibly easy for us. The only thing we missed were a few basic essentials: there was no laundry detergent or softener, which made it hard to do laundry, and no starter supplies like coffee or tea (just leftovers from previous guests). Still, that was a minor thing — overall the experience was excellent.

Nous avons passé une semaine sans problème. Bel environnement. Les descriptions correspondent aux photos. L'hôte est très réactif. Petit bémol: à notre arrivée, nous avons rencontré un léger problème dans la salle de bain; l'eau ne s'évacuait pas vite dans la baignoire. Sinon, je recommande à 100%.

Marko & his wife are amazing hosts! They are very friendly and always ready to help and give some advice! Marko responds quickly. They even helped us to order some pizzas. The villa was amazing and as described. We had a great time and would like to come again! 😊

Budimir and his son run an incredible place. They made us feel at home instantly. There is also a private restaurant that is just for the AirBnB. The table set up by the sea is unreal. 100000% recommend.

Beautiful place to stay with amazing views, location is a little far out from the centre but the host is very helpful with providing local taxi numbers and even phoned on occasion for us as we was struggling. Kept in communication the whole time and offered to arrange trips etc help to and from the airport

Ljiljana varışımıza kadar iletişim halindeydi ve net bilgiler sundu. Erken varmış olmamıza rağmen kolaylık sağlandı. Konaklamamız esnasında hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. Konumu oldukça iyi ve teras manzarası olağanüstüydü. Önündeki deniz biraz soğuktu, belki kaldığımız dönem itibariyleydi. Genel olarak Horizonti plajını tercih ettik denizi daha sıcak olduğu için. Araç için kendine özel otoparkı olması, doğal ile iç içe olması, budva merkezine 15 dk olması, taş ev olması sebebiyle gündüz serin geceleri sıcak olması, harika manzarası sebebiyle kesinlikle memnun kaldığımız bir konaklama oldu. Herkese tavsiye ederim.

This is a wonderful apartment, very bright and clean, located on the top floor. it’s have everything you need for life: a dishwasher, a refrigerator, dishes, cleaning products and much more. A wonderful view from all the windows of the sea. The sea is just a couple of minutes walk away. In the evenings it was sometimes little noisy in the restaurants on the beach , but the noise always stopped after 23. Mags and Milos were very kind and attentive, always asking if we needed anything. There was a nice gift - wine and lots of snacks in the refrigerator :) We recommend these apartments to you

tolle Unterkunft in Dobrota, ca. 30min zu Fuss in die Altstadt von Kotor (schöner Weg, immer am Wasser entlang). Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit schönem Außenbereich zum Frühstücken sowie privatem Steg mit Sonnenliegen und Sonnenschirmen. Mijo und seine Familie wohnen im 1. Stock, somit immer erreichbar. Mijo hat uns auch Fahrräder organisiert und direkt vor die Wohnung bringen lassen. Definitiv eine tolle Unterkunft - wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Having a van in Montenegro was a great choice ! You have everything you need (chairs, table, cooking pot, dishes, great matress...) inside this van to go around the country and sleep in beautiful and natural areas. The van itself is very nice to drive, not too big and heavy. Pavle is an amazing host, so keen to provide information and help. We had a wonderful time and we would recommend this to anyone.
