It is a quiet villa area on the edge of the town.It is definitely a place where you need a car to go shopping and restaurants. 20 minutes drive to each ski resort in Niseko. Rusutsu Resort Ski Resort is 30 minutes away by car. 5-minute drive to Niseko View Plaza (Roadside Station). If you go outside and take a short walk around the neighborhood, you can see Mt. Yotei and the ski slopes in the distance on sunny days. * Accommodation tax has been introduced in Niseko Town. The nearest ski resort (Annupuri International Ski resort), popular backcountry areas, and hot springs are a 10-minute drive away. There is no public transportation, so please bring a car.

One building rental accommodation facility There are jacuzzi baths and semi-open-air baths where you can enjoy hot springs as much as you want, and you can enjoy welcome coffee on the wooden deck with a roof. In the jacuzzi bath, you can use hot springs and air blows and jet baths. The semi-open-air bath can be enjoyed by a family (5-6 people). All rooms have central heating and FF-type kerosene heaters (1st floor living room, separate) to keep the rooms warm and comfortable even in winter.

The entire house is available for private accommodation. A Japanese-style room with a double bed is ideal for 1–2 guests, and up to 5 people can stay using 3 futons and the bed. Surrounded by a large garden, it’s quiet and peaceful. Located on a steep hill—access by car is recommended. The kitchen, toilet, and shower room are private. A desk and chair are provided, making it suitable for long stays and remote work. Please note there is no air conditioning—fans are provided. Dog friendly!

You can drive to Noboribetsu Onsen Town and Upopoi Ainu museum about 20 min each.(different direction) About 1 hour drive to Toya lake, 50min drive from New Chitose airport, up to 16 guests can stay at the house. You can rent entire house by only one group, there is key box in the entrance of the house, you can take the key by yourself and check in and check out to return the key at the original place. You can park 3 cars in the yard of the house for free.
