Surrounded by the Central and Southern Alps in Nagano Prefecture, this old private house inn is limited to one couple per day. The 100-year-old old private house was renovated to create a comfortable and pleasant space while retaining its old-fashioned atmosphere. The interior is furnished with vintage furniture mainly from Scandinavia. Quiet location surrounded by fields and satoyama. Enjoy the leisurely flow of time in a modern old private home! We want to communicate with our guests.

長野県伊那谷のふたつのアルプスが見える町に佇む、築百年の土蔵を改修した小さな一棟貸しの宿です。 当館は、設計事務所を営む夫婦二人で運営しております。私たち自ら設計をし、自身の手で創れる部分は創り、自ら暮らしを創ってゆく力を養いながら、土蔵改修の可能性を探った空間となっております。 かつての生活様式と現在の生活様式とが交叉するこの静かな場所で暮らすように泊まる体験を通じて、あなただけの心地よさに出逢ってゆかれることを願っています。 ■定員 ４名様（大人３名様までを推奨しております） 総床面積が約50㎡の小規模な空間のため、大人１〜３名様ですと快適にお過ごし頂けるかと思います。 ■お時間 チェックイン：16:00-20:00 チェックアウト：〜11:00 チェックイン、チェックアウトの際は対面でご挨拶させて頂いております。 ご予約の際には到着時間を事前にお伝え下さい。 ■アクセス 当館では、食材の買い出しや周辺の散策のため、お車でお越し頂くことを推奨させて頂いております。敷地内には２台分の駐車スペースがございます（それ以上の台数になる場合はご相談ください）

From the guest 's room you can see the hills of Ina Valley which spread far from the Central Alps. The rates shown are for 1 twin bed and living room for guests only. The atrium of the main hall is made up of walls and ceilings that make use of the softness of exposed beams and pillars and cedar boards. Breakfast is served in the gazebo. Morning tea to enjoy with breakfast is herbal tea of morning picking. If you come by car, please use the free parking lot.

一棟貸しの古民家【燕と土と】　築130年の古民家で囲炉裏・薪ストーブ・五右衛門風呂を体験

ホスト自らリノベーションを行った築130年の古民家一棟貸しの宿です。 宿の中には歴史を感じる太い梁、抜けるような眺望、懐かしさを感じる囲炉裏、暖かい薪ストーブ、外には五右衛門風呂を用意しております。 田舎のゆっくりとした時間の流れを感じながら、田舎で暮らす醍醐味を感じていただければ幸いです。 食事は食材を持ち込んでいただき、IHヒーター・冷蔵庫・電子レンジ・トースターのあるキッチンで料理をしていただくか、囲炉裏に溶岩プレートや囲炉裏鍋をご用意致しますので、食材を焼いてお召し上がりいただきます。また、裏手には畑があり、季節によっては採れたての野菜を収穫し、そのままお召し上がりいただけます。 お風呂は２種類あり、内風呂はユニットバス、外にはゲスト自ら火入れをしていただく五右衛門風呂を用意しております。 寝室は畳で、お布団を敷かせていただいております。寝室にはエアコンをご用意しており、快適にお休みいただけます。 ウッドデッキにはリクライニングチェアをご用意しておりますので、田舎の里山の景色をお楽しみください。
