We arrived very late, but the host's agent was already waiting at the apartment—such a relief! The place smelled fresh and clean the moment we stepped in. The view was amazing, and the apartment had all the amenities we could ask for. The host even prepared everything we requested in advance! About a 15 mins walk to the beach, making it a great choice if you're exploring the Palm area. The only minor issue was the bedroom curtains not being fully blackout. Still, highly recommend this spot!

The unit is very nice, I found it clean and tidy with all the essentials. The view towards the city is ok. The building is located in the entrance of Marasi Marina which is so beautiful and attractive. I have enjoyed the gym and the area in general is very nice. I would like to thank Sarah, the host, for the unlimited support and cooperation. I surely recommend this place and this host.

The communication on Airbnb before my flight was excellent, quick responses and comprehensive information provided. I was hosted by Yogesh, who was incredibly friendly and communicative, making the experience even more pleasant. During my stay, I had frequent contact with the guest service team, who were extremely helpful and even arranged a cleaning on the day I requested, which was a thoughtful touch. The apartment itself was a dream, so quiet and peaceful, with a breathtaking view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to feel at home. The apartment was also very spacious, contributing to what has been one of the best holidays I’ve ever had. Additionally, the amenities were exceptional. The swimming pool, gym, and beach access were all complimentary, offering the perfect way to unwind and escape the noise of city life. Every moment was enjoyable, and the days seemed to fly by. This was one of the best places that I have stayed in, the place felt very homely and we did not want to leave from there. The hosts were very friendly and arranged us an early check in. The views from the balcony and living room were amazing. I had a lovely time staying at this property and will be definitely coming back soon!

We had a fantastic stay here! Yassin was an excellent host—attentive and quick to respond to our questions. The Dubai Mall is conveniently located just across the street, though accessing it requires exiting the building, taking a right, walking a short distance to cross the road, and then using the elevator to P6. The views of Burj Khalifa and the surrounding landmarks matched the stunning images provided. Overall, we loved our experience and will definitely return for another stay!

This is my very first experience, and I can't wait to dive back in and do it all over again!

The apartment was as advertised with great views of the Burj Khalifa and a 10 minute walk to the Dubai Mall. The place is very clean, modern and is in a great downtown location. Nimisha and Reynard were very proactive with their communication and had some nice touches to make our stay a nice one. We had a thoroughly enjoyable time here and highly recommend this place!
