Staying at Diandra Guesthouse was an absolute delight. From the moment we stepped in, we were enveloped in warmth and comfort. The cozy ambiance, with its tasteful decor and inviting atmosphere, instantly made us feel at home. Our room was impeccably clean and thoughtfully appointed, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, treating us like old friends rather than mere guests. The peaceful surroundings provided the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We left feeling rejuvenated and already planning our next visit. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a tranquil and homely getaway.

Fantastic experience and exceptional service! From pick-up to drop-off, everything ran smoothly. The team was warm and welcoming, and the boat matched the description perfectly—though we were pleasantly surprised to have occasional internet access! Our guide, Teguh, was incredibly knowledgeable and truly an expert. He enriched our journey with insightful information and even surprised us one evening with a traditional Borneo music performance during dinner—an unexpected and delightful highlight. The captain, cook, and boat assistant were all friendly and engaging, generously sharing their knowledge and pointing out many interesting sights along the way. The food was outstanding—plentiful and delicious, perhaps even a bit too much! Overall, a truly memorable and well-organized experience. Highly recommended! Mustn't forget about the orangutans and other wildlife we saw. A absolutely fantastic experience.

Nos hemos alojado mi marido y yo 2 noches y nos faltan palabras de agradecimiento para Arif🥹 Nos hemos sentido como en casa, cada día nos ha preparado el desayuno! Y menudo desayuno: tortilla de patatas, rollitos de verduras, rollitos de plátanos, fruta y café. También nos preparó la cena: unos noodles. No hacía falta preguntar nada porque antes de preguntarle ya nos lo había preparado. Incluso el día que nos íbamos, nos preparó un tupper con el desayuno para llevárnoslo. También nos dejó su moto para ir al centro de Kumai y nos ha dado recomendaciones locales. Cogíamos el vuelo a las 7:55 y sabiéndolo, a las 6 nos estaba llamando por teléfono por si nos dormíamos. La casa estaba impecable, Arif estaba limpiando en todo momento, cuidando mucho la limpieza y estética de la casa, no faltaba ni un detalle. Arif es una gran persona con un gran corazón, que lo da todo sin esperar nada a cambio. Sin duda lo recomendamos, ya no solo por la calidad del alojamiento, si no por su bondad.
