Welcome. 4 bedroom modern duplex apartment with spectacular sea, mountain and city views is located within walking distance to the beach, Puerto Banus and all amenities. Split accross two levels, the apartment offers ample, luxurious, and comfortable living areas. The ground floor has a large and beautiful living and dining room opening to a terrace with stunning views, great outside furniture, and a BBQ. In the elegantly decorated living room you will find a large flat screen TV with 200 international channels and high speed fiber optics internet (with WiFi throughout the house). There is also a very nice dining area for 8 people. On same floor you will also find the modern open kitchen with state of the art appliances (we even have a Nespresso machine for you) and brand new cabinetry, The top floor also offers a large bedroom with its ensuite bathroom and private balcony, along with another bedroom with private terrace. The entire floor, just like the ground floor, is made of stunning cream marble. After a quick stroll down the staircase you get to the ground floor with a very large and bright master bedroom and its spectacular sea and mountain views, The master bedroom has its own private terrace with great sea views. The ground floor also offers another bedroomswith luxurious and plush beddings, along with a bright modern bathroom The location of this beautiful penthouse is second to none : 100m from centro plaza and 10 minutes walk from Puerto Banus. The apartment is close to all amenities, Supermarket, fine wine store, pharmacy, restaurants and much. There are 3 beautiful and large communal pools with lush tropical gardens and stunning views of « La Concha », Marbella's signature mountain, where you can bathe in the warm sun of the Costa del Sol surrounded by the fragrances of the tropical plants. Local leisure : shopping centre, small shops, restaurants, pubs, disco, café, internet café, theatre, cinema, zoo, water park, amusement park, harbour, museum, church, park, market, board walk, concerts. Five great golf courses are just a five-minute drive away and fabulous restaurants and bars are within a super-short walk, as are many stores and two supermarkets. Everything is walking distance from the apartment, Supermarkets, restaurants and bars, Puerto Banus, the beach, Centro Plaza and much more. Car is recommended (we have a private garage) but not necessary as everything is within walking distance and there are many (cheap) taxis available. Do not hesitate to contact us if you need help with your airport transfers, car rental, golf reservation or restaurant recommendations. Taxis from Malaga Airport to Puerto Banus / N Andaluica should cost around €65-80 each way. Refresh after Sun-Soaked Days at a Poolside Paradise

Enjoy a luxury beachfront retreat with amazing views. From the balcony you can overlook the palm trees and the Mediterranean sea directly from your private year round heated plunge pool. Or why not enjoy the shoreline where you can sunbathe or take a stroll into town. This is truly a dream location for the perfect short or long stay vacation. There are plenty of parking spaces out side the complex and it is very secure. You will also have access to a private parking space in the garage with a elevator that takes you right outside the apartment. The parking garage has a snug fit so if you have a large car and dont feel comfortable driving in a small garage I would recommend using the free out door spaces. You have access to all 3 communal pools and areas, and also the direct access to the beach where the complex has its own private sun beds that you can use Walk just 800m to reach Laguna Village and its restaurants and clubs or dine at the Tapas bar located just outside the complex. Take a longer walk to Estepona Town with all its reasturants and shops or stroll along the long beach promenade and make a pit stop at one of the chiringuitos (beach bar/reasturants) at the water's edge. A car is not needed since you can walk to restaurants and food stores. If you want to take longer trips and visit Ronda and Gibraltar a car is recommended but there is a bust station just 10 minutes away. Smoking is not allowed in the flat itself but you can smoke on the balcony. Perfectly located right on the beach with easy access to Estepona, walking distance to restaurants and pool clubs at Laguna Village. The privately heated pool and patio heater makes this a perfect place year round. You can easily walk into Estepona town and enjoy a vast variety of restaurants and bars. Or why not take a short taxi ride to Puerto Banus and its famous marina. You have easy access to the many golf courses that are spread out along the coast.

Beautiful apartment and the building itself was stunning and very secure. Great gym and pool! The location is perfect, right on the doorstep of the old town, everywhere was easily walkable. Host was always responsive and overall a wonderful experience and place. I will definitely be back and would 100% recommend.

Veldig fin leilighet og basseng område. Verten var veldig hyggelig. Litt nedtrekk for bare 1 stor og liten håndduk per person. Dette burde vært opplyst om i annonsen. Det var ikke solsenger i leiligheten,men det var 3 stoler som er forlite nå leiligheten leies ut til 4 personer. Det er heller ikke felles solsenger på basseng området.
