Chalet holiday rentals in Serra do Japi

Whenever I put an evaluation of the places I attend, I like to think of two main points: 1. The location is what was disclosed? 2. What would I do to make it better? From the first point, I can assess that the Sítio Pauletto is exactly what was disclosed in the announcement, a place of peace, a lot of green area to rest the mind of the routine we live in large centers and the warmth of the owners with affection in everything I've seen. From the second point, I missed mosquito net screens in the windows, which would provide more comfort, given that we are in the middle of the forest and the insects get in with ease, so we need to stay all the time with the windows closed. In our chalet (Rose Number 2) we did not have a mirror in the bathroom, it stays in the bedroom, I did not understand why, but it was missed for us. Pool is too small for the quantity of chalets available. Of the rest, the place is wonderful, has a beautiful vegetation, winery, beautiful orchidarium. If you seek peace, you will find it.

My family and I love Casa Amarela. João is always helpful in our contact. The house is wonderful for those who want to rest in a quiet place in the middle of nature. It is very close to the center and the wine route. Extremely clean place with all the necessary utensils for a peaceful stay. We love and will come back for sure!!

The space is really wonderful, the surrounding nature makes everything perfect. Valéria always responded quickly and Mr Juarez very attentive and kind, Peter (pet) a very affectionate cuddler.

Very good, great hosts and location

Our stay at the chalet was very peaceful. For those who want to escape the hustle and bustle, it is the perfect place. The environment is comfortable, clean and organized, it has everything you need... I just missed the microwave, but the other items were good. I can't forget the visit to the winery, we were very well received, we were at ease... I recommend it.

Excellent stay! Ybirá is super attentive, friendly and kind, always willing to help and make the stay as pleasant as possible. Great communication before, during, and after the stay. Access to the farm is easy, and the location is close (approx. 6min) to neighborhood/region businesses (supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant, banks, shopping center). The space is very good, true to the listing, with plenty of green area, grass field that allows good fun for all ages, well-maintained swimming pool (although we do not use due to cold), and the possibility of barbecue on the host's balcony or next to the pool. The house is very well taken care of, has all the necessary utensils in the kitchen, a very good shower (heats well), beds with comfortable mattresses, bed and bath linens that are super clean and have a laundry aroma. The kids loved the 3 dogs, super gentle and playful! We'll come back again for sure!

Excellent farm, it had everything we needed.

I had a great experience at Chalés do Rodrigo! From the first contact, the front desk was extremely cosy. Rodrigo was always very available, attentive and helpful, making us feel at home throughout the stay. The chalet was clean, well cared for, has direct access to the waterfalls, and a very beautiful nature, ideal for those looking for tranquility and comfort. Hope to be back soon!

Beautiful place, excellent for resting and relaxing

The stay was excellent! The place was exactly as described, clean, comfortable and well located. My parents were very well received and felt at home. We definitely recommend it!

I was unable to stay here due to travel changes but the main feedback would be to charge the resort fee in the price as it is already not inexpensive so it should be included to make things smoother. Also, I found the host could improve on their communication style. It was not the best experience in terms of communication and I’ve stayed at a lot of airbnbs.

It is the second time I have stayed at Telma's property I love this place, it conveys an inner peace that only the place has, I plan to come back again, not to mention that Telma and her husband are wonderful

Amazing place. Wonderful view, very structured and cozy chalet, well equipped and with most of the new furniture. All very clean and organized and as for the structure of the camping, we took a lot of advantage of the pool,the lakes and courts, outside which is very close to the city. We will definitely come back more often, I highly recommend

We love the weekend at the chalet. The condominium is very beautiful and quiet. It also had a restaurant that we liked and we were super well served. I recommend it. Only care is that our dog found a space on the living fence to leave the yard of the house. So if it's a pet fujão you have to keep an eye on it.
