Die Wohnung entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Schöner Blick vom Balkon und nur 5 Minuten zum Strand und der Bucht von Cala Pi. Wer es ruhig und entspannt mag, wird hier nicht enttäuscht. Ein Auto ist allerdings empfehlenswert. Hieronim war sehr proaktiv und bemüht, uns Willkommen zu heißen und uns zu unterstützen. Alles gut.

Prachtig, zeer ruim appartement. Wij waren met 2 maar je kan makkelijk met een gezin of meerdere stellen verblijven. Auto is makkelijk te parkeren in de straat of nabijgelegen straten. Supermarkt om de hoek en een gezellig dorpje met verschillende terassen en restaurants. Bedankt Cati voor de gastvrijheid.

A great place to stay in a good location

Ne-am simțit ca acasă în apartamentul lui Luis. Am avut tot ce ne-a trebuit în apartament, conform descrierii de pe Airbnb atunci când am contractat. Zona este liniștită. Plaja (mare și frumoasă) este la 5 minute de mers pe jos. Acces facil și rapid la multe restaurante cu meniu bun și foarte bun, cu prețuri rezonabile, precum și la magazine de tot felul. Nu în ultimul rând subliniez atitudinea caldă și prietenoasă a lui Luis. Ar mai fi de adăugat faptul că, de la locul unde este situat apartamentul, există numeroase opțiuni de excursii, cu mașina închiriată, în locuri și la plaje foarte frumoase din Insula Mallorca situate la distanțe relativ mici.

Très bel appartement accueillant, lumineux, très joliment agencé. Mabel est une hôte impeccable et très agréable. L' appartement se trouve dans le très joli village de Puerto de Pollenca, proche du front de mer. Je conseille absolument

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Ein Highlight ist die Dachterrasse mit Blick auf Capdepera. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ließ keine Wünsche übrig. Auch das Bett war sehr groß und bequem. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich der zentrale Platz von Capdepera mit einigen Restaurants und einem kleinen Supermarkt. Auch einen öffentlichen Parkplatz gibt es genau vor der Tür. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

We had an amazing stay in Palma and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking! It is right in the city center so you can walk to just about anything you want and if it’s not walkable, you’re close to the main area where many taxis are waiting and the bus stop is located. Maria communicated with me leading up to the trip and was even able to accommodate us checking in a few hours earlier, which was so helpful and much appreciated! The apartment was spotless and matched the description, I actually think it was even better than I anticipated…the small balcony seating was great and we were able to enjoy the shared rooftop patio a few nights as well! Because the apartment is in the city center you will hear city noises, if this bothers you it may not be the place for you, but we loved the background noise! Also - when packing, keep in mind you’ll have to carry your suitcase up a series of steps! It wasn’t impossible, but could be difficult for folks with mobility issues.

Beautiful place - stylish decoration and design throughout. We especially liked that all bedrooms were en-suite and double, as this allowed plenty of privacy and space for my partners two teenage children. The garden is lovely , a relaxing and comfortable place to sit and relax. The property has everything you need, including washing/drying facilities. The only suggestion I would make is to include some larger tea cups as the ones provided are tiny ! (Your British guests will appreciate it). The parking space is also very small, and has a large slope and rocky ground upon entry. This was a bit nerve racking with a hire car as we were scared we would damage the chassis and hit the walls as the space is also very narrow. Only a small car will fit in this space. Overall though, we had a wonderful time here and would definitely come back. Thank you !

Wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Das Haus ist wunderbar, mit einem tollen Blick auf das Meer. Es ist sehr ruhig und perfekt für einen Familienurlaub. Die Kinder fanden den Pool fantastisch. Die Gästgeber haben immer schnell und freundlich reagiert und die Ausstattung des Hauses ist perfekt. Es gibt dort alles was man braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Joana fue muy amable desde el primer momento y además nos regaló un desayuno que no le habíamos pedido. La anfitriona perfecta. Seguro que cuando volvamos a Alcudia, volvemos a Es Fasser. Bonaire. Muchas gracias Joana por todo!!!

The villa was amazing, with incredible view over the bay. Everything was as described in the offer; well equipped; very clean; the beds were super comfy. The host was very proactive, sending lots of information about the house, neighbourhood and Mallorca overall. We really recommend this place. Thank you!

The whole property worked beautifully for our family vacation. So clean and well equipped. It was fun to have an outdoor kitchen and multiple locations to dine. We enjoyed the pool and having so much shaded area. Victoria was a wonderful communicator from start to finish. It was easy to walk to town. Nice to have AC when we needed it. Very family friendly. We would book it again!

Notre séjour chez Maria etait très agréable. Le gîte est très propre. Très bien équipé. Les lits sont confortables et nous avons très bien dormi sans entendre aucun bruit. Il y a une superbe terrasse ombragée vue mer. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Maria est très réactive et toujours prête à vous aider. Elle est charmante. Je l ai beaucoup appréciée. L emplacement du gîte est parfait. La plus belle plage de l île est à cinq minutes et accessibles en bus. Tout près du gîte il y a de bons restaurants et une boulangerie ouverte de 6 h à 23 heures.Louer chez Maria est la garantie d un séjour réussi

Unser Familienurlaub in dieser Finca auf Mallorca war fantastisch! Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, sehr gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht – ideal für Familien mit Kindern. Besonders der großzügige Außenbereich mit Pool und Garten mit Blick auf die Berge hat uns begeistert – ein echter Ort zum Abschalten und Genießen. Trotz der Ruhe liegt die Finca für Erkundungen der Insel mit dem Auto optimal. Der Gastgeber war jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit und schnell erreichbar. Wir und vor allem auch unsere Kinder haben sich sofort wohlgefühlt und wir können diesen Ort absolut weiterempfehlen.

Toni’s place was perfect. He provided everything you could need including beach towels. The place was super walkable to the beach, restaurants and grocery store. The best part of the Airbnb was definitely Toni, the host. He was sooo responsive and very friendly to communicate with. Would definitely recommend.

Was für eine tolle, colle Wohnung! Es fehlt an nichts! Super schön eingerichtet. Die Betten sind super, ich liebte die grosse schwere Bettdecke. Anna ist sehr, sehr aufmerksam. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Ich empfehle mit dem 502 Bus nach Palma zu fahren, so spart man sich die Parkplatzsuche und Parkgebühr.

This was a superb location and great apartment for us. All very clean, gorgeous view and peaceful yet lots to see on terrace. Beautiful view of harbour, boats, palm trees, everything so close too! Some amazing restaurants, also 5-10 minute walk to sweet, pretty beach. Klaus very responsive. On arrival we got a bit lost at harbour as missed circle 10 ( our fault!), this is key info given by Klaus), the apartment is almost above the spa ( what a great shop to have so close) amazing bread/ croissants etc we relied on google maps, go on his instructions when nearby. Apartment very clean, you get the sun rise.. as the balcony south facing which is lovely. Aircon all great. Good size fridge too. A Peaceful and didn't feel on top of anyone. Parking spot is perfect. A superb spot, ideal ! We didn't use hotel pool, not our bag! We had fab breakfast at Hotel Melia, used lovely pool, pretty boutique hotel nearby, on day we checked out.
