Great place! Very close to local attractions and Gusti was so accomodating we stayed an extra night. The room was super cozy and the apartment complex was complete with food, cafes, salon and convenience stores. Will definitely consider staying here again in the future. Thank you so much Gusti!

What a stunning apartment! We have enjoyed our stay and used the pool a lot for morning exercise or calming down after strolling around the city in a hot day. All in all, we were so happy staying at the apartment and will definitely come back 😊

Kita booking unitnya termasuk mendadak sebenarnya, tapi host untungnya komunikatif & sangat fast respon jadi proses booking juga cepat ✨ Arahan check-in oleh Kak Susan juga lancar jaya tanpa hambatan. Arahannya jelas dan detail. Kita request untuk early check-in & late check-out juga diperbolehkan 🥺 Ada akses free ke kolam renang & gym di lantai 1. Ada juga minimarket, laundry & coffee shop persis dekat lobby. Butuh belanja snack/bahan masakan yang lebih lengkap? Ada Indomaret juga di tower yang berbeda. Peralatan masak cukup lengkap u/ masak-masak simple. Ada juga rice cooker mini, kompor listrik, teko listrik, microwave! Peralatan mandi juga disediakan handuk, sabun mandi & shampoo. Ada juga water heater, hairdryer & setrika. Tempat tidur nyaman+ada smart tv jadi bisa movie marathon seharian ✨ Overall we had a very pleasant stay in Kak Susan’s Unit ❤️ Will definitely come back for another staycay 😆

Staying at Hans’s place was a truly relaxing experience. The unit was immaculately clean, with fresh linens and a cozy vibe that made it easy to settle in right away. I especially appreciated the small details, the snacks and smooth check-in process. The location is super strategic, close to the mall and there’s a 24-hour minimart just steps away. Hans was a great host, always responsive and thoughtful. Highly recommended if you're looking for a peaceful, comfortable stay with great value.

Super comfy and private, but still close to lots of fun spots and the food places I wanted to try out. The host was really quick to respond whenever I had questions. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a chill weekend around BSD

Check in and check out process was nothing but smooth. Host is very responsive. Very strategic location, their unit is super clean. They provide complete amenities and everything you need such as microwave, water dispenser, fridge, and even hairdryer. I will recommend this place to my friend and even myself would love to go back to this place when in Jakarta.

Love the apartment and its location. Staff within the complex were always wearing a smile. Host was extremely helpful and responsive via the airbnb app. Water and dispenser provided. The unit overlooks a water body where children swim and people fish. It is a short and enjoyable walk to the entrance of apartment complex if you want to go to the mall next door. A few times the security on the grounds offered me a buggy ride to the entrance even though it’s really just a short walk. They would even help to stop the traffic for me to cross over to the mall. There is a small alfa mart right downstairs next to the lobby if you just want to grab some quick snacks. Also a japanese restaurant that i never went but looks bustling at night. B1 concierge is a place to hold and send packages if you need. I think they have a fridge? for if you order groceries. Host recommended a great and afforadble laundry service provider and they pick up from b1 too.

Felicia is a nice Host, her place is good and worth the price, easy to access, flexible check in, and strategic place.. I booked her place for my guest and he was so happy..will definitely recommend this place :)

i picked Ms Sandra's property which has many reviews and high rating. When I entered the place, the vibe was great and things felt way better than it looked in photos. Really homey place, very clean and everything written by Ms Sandra was very clear and complete. My family who stayed had a very pleasant experierience and Ms Sandra responded to my inquiries with delight. No wonder people rated highly. Will definitely recommend people to come by for a Gading Serpong stay near Summarecon Mall Serpong and surroundings.
