Our family stayed in this house for ten days . There were questions about cleanliness at check-in. After communicating with Jeanette, they learned that she changed the cleaning company, and the company did not treat its work in good faith . All issues were resolved and nothing else overshadowed our stay . Quiet , stylish place. The apartment , especially in the kitchen, has everything and even more . The swimming pool has a swimming pool . However, in the evening, we saw how local dogs were splashing there. The territory is green and well maintained . The beach is in 5 minutes walk , equipped with sunbeds and shower . This bay is very shallow , good with small children , not quite comfortable for an adult. A wonderful turtle beach with clean and warm water is 20 minutes away. And if you are lucky on it, you can watch volunteers at 20 00 release small turtles into the sea . The store is a kilometer from the house , you can easily walk . The supermarket offers all the groceries . I want to say thank you to the hostess for everything .

I had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. Anastasia was friendly, responsive, and made check-in super easy. The neighborhood was quiet but still close to everything I needed. I’d definitely stay here again—highly recommended!

Lovely villa with fantastic sea views. Infinity swimming pool also looking out to the sea. Just like photos and more. Great location peaceful and quiet, local restaurants and shops about 10 min drive. Overall great place and would definitely stay again. Thanks for hosting us

The house was as described. We stayed 5 + 1 baby 12 nights. The house is very spacious. The weather was very hot, but we did not have any problems because there was air conditioning in the house. There is hot water for use with the solar collector. The lack of hot water in some houses is an advantage for this place. There is a large area where you can park your vehicle. A lovely well kepted Villa with lots of homely things you make you feel right at home. it is very welcoming and there are lots of areas to go and relax. There is a lovely roof terrace where you can watch the Sunset. You have access to a big swimming pool across the way from the Villa and up some steps. Local amenities are just a 5 minute drive and you can walk down to the beach in about 10 minutes, depending on how fast you walk!. There are 2 bathrooms available so lovely for all guests not having to wait for a shower etc. You are 30 minutes into Kyrenia and there are lots of amazing food places along the way. if you are looking for a peaceful and quiet place to relax, then this Villa is for you. We will definitely go back again for a quiet few days away.
