Best host ever, very considerate and communicates clearly and proactively.

Easy access to KL, Batu Caves, even Genting Highlands. Located opposite of Sentul Point, location of few beautiful wedding halls/eventspaces. Convenient for those hosting/attending events there. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the home itself was cozy, clean, and nicely decorated. The facilities were top-notch.

This apartment was perfect for a long stay. The location is great as it is surrounded by restaurants and cafes and is attached to the Publika mall which has a big grocery store. The apartment itself was very comfortable, and the building has a small gym that I was able to use. Ehsan as a host was very communicative and responsive. He answered all questions I had quickly, and when the wifi wasn't working he had it fixed within a few hours and also offered to set up a free apartment cleaning to make up for it (which was helpful since I was there 3 weeks). The downside is that this place is far from most of the tourist attractions so if you want a place that's walkable to all the tourist places, or to use public transport, then it's best to stay more central. But if you're there a long time, or don't mind using Grab everywhere (which is relatively cheap compared to other countries), then, like me, you won't mind the distance.

We had a wonderful stay at this House! The house was super clean and very comfortable, which made a big difference, especially since we brought kids along. The beds were all in great condition, and the overall cleanliness gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. One small suggestion for future improvement would be to consider installing a water filter system like Coway for added convenience. Other than that, we were very happy with the house and would definitely recommend it to others. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Mr Donald is a very responsive owner. So glad to stay but surrounding got a sound of crow. Homestay are convenient to all stall downstair and easy access. Swimming pool also clean and nice. Will visit again next round.

Very good and nice room to short stay or longer stay, i will stay longer as much as i can because of the room is very make us so welcome and satisfied. with the big TV with very good sound system + PS4 ! WHAT A COMBO. the cooking utensils also come with full package ! The washer too come with laundry soap ! The bed also very comfort to rest and sleep. The bed and the pillow is on top ! I wish i can stay here again and again ! Thank you owner because the common sense and the services is on top !

My family of 4 really had a comfortable and relaxing stay at this property. Natalie was the most gracious host who is very accommodating with questions and additional request. I really appreciate the flexibility and detailed instructions that she provided. On top of that, Natalie also went above and beyond to ensure we are comfortable due to the duration of the stay. Tracy's place was easy to access, with a gorgeous view of the city centre but without the stress of being right in the middle of the city (slightly away from traffic and people). The location was relatively quiet, and the apartment was more spacious than the pictures portrayed. A very cosy stay with amenities around the area, good food, and a highly responsive host. Would definitely recommend this place to friends.

Ashley’s place was rly lovely! You get pretty good facilities, and the view itself was amazing!!! I went on a short trip, which was perfect as we stayed in most of the time, enjoying the view and the facilities. The pool was rly great. their house was spotless, clean and they leave sweet notes around. Rly kind couple that ensured my stay was comfortable and I will definitely book it again when I’m back.

I recommend King's apartment to anyone looking for an affordable accomodation in KL. In reality the apartment is even better than on pictures. The place was spotless, with everything you may need for longer stays (e.g. wifi, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine). There is a terrace on 42th floor with very good view at Merdeka 118 and in a distance you will be able to see Petronas Twin Towers and KL Tower as well. The view is especially good at night, when city is illuminated.

The unit is well equipped, easy to find, clean and very comfortable. It feels like home and also close to many facilities. However, the pool was under construction during our stay but there were other interesting places nearby to keep us occupied. Chai was also very responsive and attended to our needs immediately. The place is value for money and we will definitely stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Kuala Lumpur! The location is unbeatable the building is directly connected to the monorail station, which made getting around the city super convenient. It’s also attached to a mall with plenty of great food options and an NSK grocer, which was really handy. Jalan Doraisamy is just nearby as well, with even more amazing restaurants and coffee shops to explore. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed for a great stay. Everything was exactly as described. Vincent was incredibly helpful and responsive, and the check-in process was smooth and clear. I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Stephen's place in KL. The location is perfect, walkable to any kind of food you might want to try, to the malls, etc. The building is well equipped with a pool, gym and other amenities. The apartment feels like a proper home, which we enjoyed. Aside from some maintenance issues, the cleanliness was very good. Chitra the housekeeper was extremely friendly and helpful all along. Stephen responds very fast to any questions or concerns. We stayed for 2 months and had an issue with the freezer/fridge but it was resolved very promptly. Unfortunately there was construction in the building for 1 entire month which we would have liked to know in advance but sadly it was a surprise, in the end they were only very loud for a handful of days and the rest was tolerable. We would definitely stay at Stephen's place again when back in KL.

Tony was super responsive and helpful. We were landing at 6am so I bought the room for the night before so we could check in right away and get some rest . Tony met us at 730am to let us in the apartment.
