Spacious studio near river/center

Spacious, just renovated design studio in the green district near to river side and beach, just in 3 stops on metro to historical center. Apartment with superb location: on the green island connected with mainland by bridge, is in 1 metro stop from Hydropark which is the main spot in the city for recreation with its beaches abundance of restaurants and night clubs. In 3 stops there is a sanctuary of Kiev : Lavra with its thousand year old churches and Contemporary art center. In 4 stops there is the main promenade of the Ukrainian capital Kreschatik and the square of Independence. Metro trip costs just 15 cents! Apartment has all required facilities including Wi-Fi, modern kitchen, comfortable double sleeping coach, air conditioning, washing machine, balcony; you can entertain yourself with professional stereo system and pc. It is the optimal choice due to location in the quiet green neighborhood with great local restaurants and shops, local beach is just in 5 minutes walk and you are in direct proximity to the go out area and city center by metro (15 cents) and taxi (2 EUR). Please note that you can book it no later than one week before check in.

"Fish" - nice and cozy flat near river

Sunny and warm apartment, completely new. At the disposal of guests everything you need. Kitchen dishes, towels, bedclothes, hair dryer, household appliances are all brand new. The apartment is located in the center of the Rusanovka district, an artificial island surrounded by water. A five-minute walk the river embankment with a many restaurants with varied cuisine - Italian, Greek, American, European, one fish and one breakfast restaurants. The exhibition center (IEC-expo) is a 15-minute walk.
