We had an absolutely amazing stay in Veggli. The cabin was nestled in the beautiful mountains, providing a peaceful and scenic escape. One of the biggest highlights of our trip was witnessing the northern lights dancing across the sky, an unforgettable experience. We also had so much fun playing in the snow, exploring the winter wonderland right outside the door. After a day of adventure, relaxing in the hot tub under the stars was the perfect! The cabin itself was cozy, clean, and well-equipped, making our stay even more enjoyable. The host was fantastic, providing everything we needed for a comfortable visit. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a magical mountain getaway, and we would love to return.

We had a great stay at Pål's cabin :) It was very clean, Pål was very responsive, and it had all the amenities we wanted (full kitchen, sauna, hot tub, comfy beds). We had an abnormally warm weekend for early March but the snow was still quite nice and we were able to utilize the nearby cross-country trail with very nice views of the mountains. Hot tub was perfect end to the day. Would highly recommend!

absoluut een aanrader. als er een wasmachine was geweest hadden we er langer gebleven maar echt dat moet je niet weerhouden hier te verblijven. 100% aanrader gewoon boeken.

Wonderful accommodation in a beautiful location. A good place for families. You can find everything you need. Excellent communication. Definitely recommend. 💯

Все було супер. Трошки здивувало що треба було мати свої рушники і постіль, але ми підготувалися і взяли з собою. Все було супер. Джакузі вже чекало нас гаряче і не треба було чекати кілька годин аж розігріється як часто можна зустріти в інших помешканнях. Класний будиночок для грилювання. Все потрібне було в будинку. Також були чіткі інструкції щодо проживання.

Vielen Dank für diese wunderschöne Unterkunft 🥰 wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen! Kurz vor Ankunft kamen im Reiseführer alle nützlichen Infos, wie Schlüsselkasten, Sauna und Poolanleitung etc. Wir haben uns sehr gut zurecht gefunden und es war sogar noch schöner wie auf den Fotos! Die Gastgeber haben immer schnell und sehr freundlich auf Fragen geantwortet. Wir kommen gerne wieder!☺️

Et fantastisk sted med flotte verter – vi likte alt! Vi tilbrakte to dager her med familien. Den utendørs jacuzzien og den vedfyrte badstuen var helt topp. Det er sjeldent å finne en hytte hvor alt er inkludert. Kjøkkenet hadde også mye vakkert og praktisk servise, noe min kone satte stor pris på. Tusen takk for et varmt og hyggelig opphold!

Veldig fin og romslig hytte. Vi følte oss hjemme og hadde det veldig koselig. Verten var veldig vennlig og hjelpsom da vi hadde spørsmål om hytta. ☺️

The place was overall clean, spacious, and equipped with most of what we needed. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. We really enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and the lovely view from the windows, where we spotted quite a few animals. A few minor things were missing, such as a kettle and cupboards or tables in one of the bedrooms, but overall, the stay was very pleasant and enjoyable.

A stunningly beautiful and quiet place to relax for a few days. Clean and cozy cabin with a short 100m walk to a running stream for water. Great hiking nearby (the Lårdalstigen or the 6km loop that starts on Støylsdalen to the lookout are recommended). The canal boat stops in nearby Dalen or Lårdal but not in Bandaksli (the pier next to the cabin). The road along the Bandak from the cabin to Dalen is scenic and worth a drive or cycle as well.

Sehr gemütliche Hütte mitten im Wald. Liebevoll eingerichtet. Mit Holzofen wird es kuschelig warm. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We hadden een heerlijk verblijf in het vakantiehuis. Het huis is schoon, ruim en gezellig ingericht. We hebben erg genoten van de wandeling naar de top van de Bonsnos, de klim naar de Gaustatoppen en uitzicht over het meer vanaf de veranda.

Alles hat gut gepasst. Die gemütliche kleine Hütte hat der Beschreibung entsprochen. Marthin war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

The rustic cabin in Hjartdal was a great respite from our hectic days in Oslo. We thoroughly enjoyed being surrounded by trees and seeing a beautiful fox right before arriving. The kitchen is well-appointed, the WiFi worked well, the incinerator toilet was curious, but easy to use. FYI, bed linens, towels, kitchen towels and firewood are not provided, so bring your own. (There are warm comforters for the beds, but no duvet covers). Also, you need to clean up at the end of your stay. If you are looking for a quiet cabin in the woods, it’s perfect.

Fin hytte, fin beliggenhet, rent og pent. God kommunikasjon med verten som svarer raskt og tydelig på det jeg lurte på. Anbefales!

Anbefaler Oda og hytta hun leier ut! Vi er veldig fornøyde med hytta som var romslig, ren, fint innredet og hadde alt to barnefamilier trengte! Oda var raskt til å svare, ga tydelige instruksjoner før ankomst og hadde gjort alt klart før vi kom. Tuddal er perfekt for vandringer og rolige dager. Tusen takk for oppholdet!

Veldig fin hytte i nydelige omgivelser. Gode senger og velutstyrt hytte med alt man trenger, og hyggelig vert som svarte raskt på alle spørsmål. Absolutt verdt et besøk!

The hut lies in a quite unexploited part of the mountain, with day trip distance to some of highest peaks (the trails are unmarked but you find them on online maps), we didnt meet a single person when going on a 10hr trip. The hytte is perfect with everything needed for "kos". We spent a lot of time lazing on patio or in the cozy living room. If you dont have any Norwegian friends who can invite you to your hytte, this is your second best chance to experience authentic hytteliv.

Dream location in Telemark! We visited Fredrik’s beautiful house in February. It was a true winter wonderland, amazing views over the mountains, very quiet and peaceful location, and a hytte that has everyting you can wish for! Communication with Fredrik was very good and we immediately felt very welcome and at home. We feel privileged that we were able to stay in the wonderful house.

Vi var på tembuilding og koste oss i to dager, til tross for dårlig vær. Stedet er velegnet for mange, selv om man må være inne. Alt var ryddig og klart når vi kom, og vi har fått raske svar på det vi lurte på i forkant. Har allerede bestemt oss for å komme tilbake

Vi havde en fantastisk oplevelse af at ren og flot hytte samt verdens smukkeste landskab! Alt passede til beskrivelse. Virkelig dejlig beliggenhed og flot udsigt over bjergene! Ren nydelse! Hytten havde alt nødvendigt udstyr til man kunne klare mange uger! Værten var virkelig imødekomme og hjælpsom. Vi kunne ikke få bedre stedet at overnatte, kan stærkt anbefales, især hvis man kigger efter rolige omgivelser og natur! Håber vi kommer snart igen!
