I just wanted to express my heartfelt thanks for the wonderful 3-day, 2-night stay. The cozy home and the beautiful swimming pool made our time there truly special. The house itself was so comfortable and charming & it really made us feel at ease. I do have a small suggestion, perhaps adding a clock somewhere in the house could be a nice touch. Hehe, this time I brought my family and relatives, including my tok and wan from Kedah, and she kept asking for a clock! They’re a bit old-fashioned and still loves the classic style, even though we kept telling them everything’s digital now. So, a clock could be a lovely addition to the homestay. Overall, our stay during Hari Raya 2025 was unforgettable. We made so many wonderful memories and had a truly joyous time. Thank you again for such a fantastic experience🩵.

We have upgraded our stay to a villa due to sudden inconvenience in the neighborhood. Pros; Very responsive and helpful host, big and spacious unit, good air-conditioner in every room, very good water pressure & heater, great entertainment (karaoke, pool, swimming pool, massage chair), free hassle check- in/out as visitor, sufficient toiletries and kitchen tools, mindful gesture from the host - a tub of ice cream :) Cons; Quite heaty living room during the day because of the high glass sliding doors but there was a large fan to overcome, high staircases (be very cautious with the kids & old people),

Alhamdulillah we are family of 10 and 1 child. Extremely satisfied with everything, amenities, price, suggestions, private bathrooms, private pool. Lots of family games and kids friendly. The owner is responsive and even give eatery recommendations when asked. Thank you for this lovely place. May God bless you and your family.

Overall, everything was good and satisfying except for one room that wasn’t equipped with air conditioning. The master bedroom also lacked safety because it couldn’t be locked from the inside, which is quite risky as it’s located at the end near the main entrance. The pool was okay, but there was no barrier between the adult and children’s sections. Other than that, everything was superb! Highly recommend!

Great place for a large group of people to stay at. Everything is thought out for us. Fridge stocked with fruits, eggs and bread for our snacks. Tea, coffee & barbeque supplies were prepared. Nothing we had to worry about. Beautiful surroundings and shaded from rain despite it being an open concept living area. Highly recommend & would come back again.

kinda confused when getting into parking based but the check in process was smooth, house is clean, very comfortable and exactly like the photos. highly recommended!

Afiq has been accommodating to our requests and needs around flexible guests and check in times and has reassured us that his place could host many guests especially as we're using it as a landing ground for our bridal party for our wedding day. Many amenities are provided including a large water dispenser, large fridge and freezer, and not to mention various spaces for guests to interact and relax. The porch is large enough to fit 3-4 cars depending on the size and if you're lucky a couple of street parking as well. Highly recommend this place if you have a larger crowd and are looking for a well furnished and fitted house.

Satisfied over the stay of the property

We had an amazing 3D2N family staycation at this lovely home in Kuala Selangor with 14 of us, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The house is in excellent, like-new condition and everything worked well — especially the air-conditioning, which kept us all cool and comfortable in the hot weather. The kids absolutely loved the pool, and it was such a thoughtful touch from the host to provide pool floats too! The kitchen was well-equipped, which made it easy for us to prepare a few simple meals for the whole family. There was plenty to keep us entertained — from the karaoke system and mini snooker table to a full mahjong set — we were never bored! Our host, J.Lo, was incredibly thoughtful and responsive. She even shared a suggested guide on what to do in Kuala Selangor, and we managed to visit both Sky Mirror and the firefly park — both truly wonderful experiences. Highly recommended for big family groups looking for a comfortable place to relax and have fun together!

It's what I want - kampung homestay with big compound! easy to locate. water pressure is good. area not humid. Host is very accommodative and responsive. gave me suggestions on places to visit. allowed late check-out. he even asked me to take fruits from the tree :-) My family love n enjoy the stay. Well recommended!

Our team’s hangout at 4Balance Homestay hit the sweet spot between chill and fun. The roomy living area fit our little speeches and games without feeling cramped, and we loved drifting between the cinema, pool table, and board games. Bedrooms were cozy, bathrooms spotless, and extras like extra blankets and plenty of outlets made winding down easy. The hosts were super approachable as it always always a quick text away for more chairs, snack tips, or directions Indeed, we could focus on hanging out, not logistics, create sweet memories and have a great bonding there.

The accommodation was very well kept and clean. Complete facilities and well maintained. Host is very responsive and able to accommodate my request and enquiries.

Just checked out. Lokasi senang nak cari, tak perlu pusing-pusing. Rumah memang selesa, semua bilik ada aircond & attached bathroom, memang tiptop. Tempat still baru, bersih, and well maintained. Sesuai sangat untuk family stay or short trip dengan kawan-kawan.Owner pun terbaik, friendly, fast response, senang nak deal. Tak ada benda nak complain. Confirm akan repeat kalau datang sini lagi. Based on the price I paid, the cleanliness, amenities, location and view was top notch! Definitely will come back with family again. Only downside was the amount of bugs outside of the house, but that is unavoidable due to the location. Thank you Mr Hafizi, for accommodating us upon short notice.

Overall, I had a very satisfying experience with the Row team and Jessica. We rented this place for a non-commercial video shoot, and the team was very helpful in communicating with the house owner and keeping us updated throughout the process. I came across some comments mentioning that filming isn’t allowed at the property, but I don't think that’s entirely true. In my experience, mutual respect and clear communication—especially informing them in advance about the nature of the shoot and which areas will be featured—go a long way in getting consent and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Communication is key, and I truly appreciate the support from the Row team. Cheers!
