Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Sedan

Had a very nice stay with the colleagues! Everything was beautifully renovated and the kitchen was well equipped. The location on the Semois was very quiet. A great added value that you could go to the river. A lot of beautiful walks start at the cottage. Definitely recommended!

Impeccable accommodation and the hosts are very pleasant and friendly. They didn't hesitate to help us out with food when we hadn't anticipated a holiday. Thank you for your generosity... In addition, the house is impeccable and very well equipped, not to be missed, the aperitif in the garden under the last rays of sun😉

This place is impeccable. As everyone has pointed out, the atmosphere is positive and mixes the modern, the old and the industrial. It's spacious 4 bedrooms: 2 with bath and 2 with shower. There are also 3 wc. The equipment is complete: even the terrace with barbecue and its accessories... In addition to the sharpness and freshness, what we really enjoyed was its location: in the heart of the old walled city (Vauban). This house is ready for anything: you can park your car in front and anything can be done on foot. But, this accommodation is away from the roads: at night there is a rural calm. Very satisfied, we will be back!

Listing that matches the description, the interior spaces are really large. Patricia and Pascal welcomed us warmly. We were 2 couples with 2 small children, the baby and child equipment was really complete and at the top, a real plus for people who want to stay there with family. Nothing to say everything was perfect, we recommend it without hesitation:-)

Really perfect we had a pleasant stay small cottages perfect for a family it is functional clean well decorated nothing to say it was very responsive and above all incredibly nice a nice little outside when the weather is nice, quiet parking in front of the house it's really a plus I recommend it 1000%

Very good welcome from Christian with explanations on the hikes to do during our stay. Host always very pleasant with delicate attentions towards his guests. I highly recommend the accommodation, which offers all the necessary amenities to get a change of scenery for the weekend or for weeks.

Super host who gave a short tour of the city and apartment, underground parking so car was safe, everything close: bakery, shops, Christmas market but not many attractions for new year. But definitely a super apartment that is worth its price. Everything was clean, comfortable beds and quality good appliances. So new year itself we couldn't celebrate better with our group.

Overall we had a nice stay. Pleasant and clean accommodation, everything is as described. The place is quiet and rather well located. The only downside: the paid parking. There are free places in the street, but you have to be lucky to have one available. However, it is clearly stated in the description.

We spent a night at Chantal's in June 2025. We had the entire apartment on the second floor and even the possibility of storing our bikes at the back of the building, in a secure place. Although it is not very young (the decor is not particularly modern), it is still very pleasant. The apartment is large (large kitchen, large living room) and has many positive points. It is completely in line with the description, no unpleasant surprises! The apartment is clean and tidy and its large windows offer beautiful brightness. The bedroom decor is nice. The pillows could perhaps be changed to make them more comfortable, however. Finally, Chantal's hospitality is exceptional. She is very cheerful and gives good advice. In conclusion, a very good value for money that clearly deserves to be moved from the city center :-)

loved it😍 after cycling all the way from Rotterdam this was an oasis to recover. Also a beautiful day's cycle to Bastogne museum and back, largely country roads, though hilly. Jacuzzi was a godsend. First floor is b&b guests, apartment is in the roof area serviced by a lift off you don't want to navigate the beautiful wooden staircase. I used it quite a lot as recovering from my rides. peaceful evenings, no noise that I was aware of, nice and dark for sleeping. gorgeous gardens and goats, kids etc, birds as well! the spar in the town is not far to stock up. Didn't want to leave.

Super nice apartment in a prime with a very nice host who is interested in her guests. No effort is too much for her.

We had a great time at this extremely well-equipped and beautiful accommodation. Everything is thoughtfully thought out and extremely comfortable. Arguably the most equipped Airbnb I've been to! It's on the top floor so it can just get a little warm at night.
