Absolutely amazing stay! The apartment was super clean and comfortable, and the host went above and beyond. She gave us the key 5 hours early, personally picked us up, and even spoke to our taxi driver to make sure we got dropped off at the right place. She gave me a tour of the Medina, introduced me to local vendors to ensure I’d be treated well, and showed me the best spots to eat. Truly one of the kindest and most thoughtful hosts I’ve ever met. Highly recommend!

Excellent séjour chez Asmae, La résidence est sécurisé, l’appartement très spacieux en plein centre et très accessible. Nous y avons séjourné avec nos enfants en bas âge et avec les grands parents. Je reprendrai le même appartement à mon prochain séjour sur Kenitra 🙏

Séjour très agréable ! J’ai adoré le cadre et la vue depuis les grandes terrasses. La description et photos correspondent parfaitement à la réalité. Je recommande vivement pour ceux qui souhaitent s’évader du stress de la vie quotidienne. Si Houcine était trop sympa et réactif. Merci beaucoup !

Schoon, goed uitgerust en georganiseerd, dicht bij alle voorzieningen, moskee, koffiesnack, de host mevrouw meriam erg mooi beschikbaar en ontvankelijk, ik raad deze plek " geweldige prijs-kwaliteitverhouding" aan parkeren voor het gebouw toegankelijk en weg van het verkeer, zie je de volgende keer inchallah

The riad is absolutely beautiful, well situated, clean and matches the listing’s description. Although the location is in the old town, a representative welcomed us in person and checked us in. Highly recommended.

Angekommen und spontan in die Unterkunft verliebt! Wunderschönes Riad mit authentischem Charme, moderner Ausstattung von der Kaffee- bis zur Waschmaschine & 1A W-lan. Nicht zu vergessen die bequemen Betten! Hier lebt man mittendrin im Geschehen und hat alles vor der Tür - auch als Frau kann man stundenlang durch die Medina streifen ohne belästigt zu werden - im Gegenteil: die Freundlichkeit der Einheimischen hat mich echt beeindruckt! Wer hier blitzblanke Gassen erwartet & von Straßenkatzen genervt ist, ist generell falsch in Marokko - mir hat die Medina mit all ihren Farben und Eindrücken sehr gefallen und es war herrlich, nach meinen Ausflügen in das große und wunderschöne Riad von Jens „nach Hause“ zu kommen. Alleine das Bad hat mir jeden Morgen gute Laune gemacht! Von mir 100 Prozent Empfehlung!

Hanae hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns direkt vom Treffpunkt zur Wohnung geführt. Perfekt ausgestattete und gemütliche Wohnung direkt am Souk. Hanae hat immer sehr schnell auf unsere Nachrichten reagiert. Ganz herzlichen Dank für alles.

Un séjour tout simplement inoubliable en famille dans ce magnifique Riad au cœur de Fès. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été charmés par la beauté des lieux, mêlant authenticité marocaine et raffinement. Le Riad est un véritable havre de paix, décoré avec goût et chargé de cette magie unique que seule la médina de Fès peut offrir. Abdelali et toute son équipe ont été aux petits soins du début à la fin. Leur hospitalité sincère, leur disponibilité et leur attention à chaque détail nous ont fait sentir comme chez nous. On ressent immédiatement que ce Riad a été pensé avec passion : chaque recoin respire l’amour du travail bien fait, et l’âme d’Abdelali y est présente à chaque instant. La terrasse offre une vue imprenable sur la médina de Fès un panorama à couper le souffle, surtout au lever du soleil. Le jacuzzi sur le toit a fait le bonheur des enfants, qui y ont passé des moments de joie et de détente pendant que nous profitions de la sérénité du lieu. Tout y est parfait !

Amazing place! Location is great and the Riad is incredible. Nabila’s breakfast is fabulous. Also, Nabila is amazing- she is responsive and helps makes your stay great. Highly recommend.

I didn’t want to leave Suzanna’s place! This is the only way to visit Fez — staying in an authentic riad. The beauty really can’t be quantified in photos or in a review. It was perfect. A couple of points: 1) Another review mentioned stairs being steep but I did not find this to be true. There are stairs, like in any riad, but they weren’t as numerous or as steep as most other places in Morocco, in my opinion. 2) This is not “hotel perfect” — and you wouldn’t want it to be. The home breathes history… things like worn tiles are the quirks that convey its long rich life. It is a privilege to stay in a place like this. 3) If offered, get the breakfast! It was really nice to have that. I’d stay a thousand more times. Don’t hesitate!

Personal maravilloso, tanto el chico que nos recibió, como a Sra. que nos preparaba el desayuno. El Riad está dentro de la Medina a unos 12 minutos de la puerta azul y del hotel Batha, no es apto para gente mayor o niños, está alejado de las calles principales( aunque a la llegada te acompañan muy amablemente hasta el Riad) hay unos metros que caminas solo y puedes sentir miedo, dado que la calle es muy estrecha (aunque no lo vi peligroso)fuimos 4 en familia y estuvimos muy bien, la ducha y camas muy cómodas, por ponerle un pero, echamos en falta un microondas que creo que es un básico. En general bien.

El apartamento muy cómodo teníamos a nuestra disposición la lavadora y además es amplio con aparcamiento privado y mucha tranquilidad. Pudimos descansar y ver la ciudad caminando hasta el centro. Ellos disponibles en todo momento y muy amables así que recomendamos alojarse aquí para sentirse como en casa.

L'appartement était parfait : propre, bien équipé et idéalement situé. L'accueil était très sympathique, et nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. Rien à redire, tout était impeccable ! Je recommande vivement et n'hésiterai pas à revenir. Un grand merci !

a very cozy place in a quiet neighborhood, there is a lot of construction but the sound was hardly noticeable it's definitely an up and coming neighborhoo, very peaceful and the people were gentle.

Apparemment excellent. Bien placé. Bien équipé. Propre. Hôte accueillant et amical. Je recommande fortement.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this apartment in Kenitra! The apartment was incredibly spacious and beautifully maintained, offering more than enough room to relax and feel comfortable. The location was perfect – close to everything you need and in a safe, peaceful area. The check-in process was smooth and effortless, which made arriving stress-free. The host was fantastic – very responsive and quick to answer any questions or requests, making sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the care put into making the apartment feel like a home away from home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kenitra – and I will definitely be booking again on my next trip!

Excellent séjour ! L’appartement est très bien décoré, calme et reposant malgré sa situation en plein centre-ville. Tout est à proximité : un Quick à l’entrée de la résidence, des cafés et restaurants au pied de l’immeuble. Merci à Hicham pour sa disponibilité et sa réactivité. Il s’est adapté aux besoins des enfants et leur a même offert des chocolats. Nous reviendrons directement chez lui lors de notre prochaine visite.
