We had a wonderful time in this property. Everything was as described, or even better! The apartment was clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. We particularly enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, the mountain view and the nearby public transport. Stéphane and Ninha were warm, responsive, and very caring, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was perfectly organized, from arrival to departure. I recommend this accommodation without hesitation and we will not hesitate to come back if the opportunity arises. Accommodation rented for 2 colleagues. No complaints: the apartment is super clean, with all the amenities. It is ideally located: quiet, surrounded by nature. The views are beautiful. My colleagues were delighted and enjoyed the outdoors. As for the host: Stéphanie is very responsive, friendly and attentive. I recommend it!

We had a lovely stay at Armelle's space near Talloires - gorgeous, comfortable house with top view of Lake Annecy (going to be hard to top that). Great instructions & suggestions from the host - we hope we'll stay longer next time if we come back! Thank you so much for the sharing!

The place is really peaceful, the house was very clean, very well equipped there is really everything you need apart from the furniture we even found laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, paper towels, salt… Mathias wasn't there but he really planned everything for our arrival, even the plug to charge our vehicle in the evening. He even makes sure that everything goes well during the stay. My children loved the garden and all the entertainment facilities on site. The location is really great, very close to Geneva and also Annecy, the long weekend of the ascension is not enough to do all the visits as it is so beautiful. I recommend it with my eyes closed and there will certainly be a next time for us. Thank you Mathias!

The space is impeccable. if you like hiking, when you leave the accommodation you can take a very nice quiet walk and enjoy a magnificent view. I was there for work, but I almost thought I was on vacation, as it is so pleasant, beautiful, and peaceful. I highly recommend it, especially if you like nature and beautiful landscapes.

Clean, well equipped apartment with beautiful views and surroundings. We loved having breakfast in the balcony. Walking trails starts at the door step. Hosts were very thoughtful and there were some groceries on our arrival, which was very convenient. Nice little shops full of local produce. We recommend this place everyone who likes nature and a peaceful place to stay, not far away from the hustle and bustle from Annecy, which is about 45 min by car.

Very nice apartment, particularly well appointed. Especially the kitchen! Everything is of quality I also appreciated the search for eco-responsible measures: washable sponge, filter or grain coffee maker (no disposable pods, it has become so rare...), recycling of waste. In short, we will return without hesitation
