Die Ferienwohnung liegt auf dem Land etwa fünf Kilometer vom Stadtzentrum Kamenz entfernt. Sie besteht aus zwei Schlafzimmern, wovon eines ein Durchgangszimmer ist, einem Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne, einer Küche, einem Wohnzimmer und einem Balkon. Ein öffentlicher Spielplatz für Kinder ist unmittelbar hinter dem Haus verfügbar. Eine Benutzung des Gartens direkt hinter dem Haus ist ebenfalls möglich. Auf Anfrage steht noch ein weiteres Zimmer außerhalb der Wohnung zur Verfügung. (gleich Etage)

Typical of a basement, there are only small windows that do not allow so much daylight. There is a kitchenette (fridge, mini oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, hotplates), but without a separate sink. Sauna use is also possible for an extra charge. The cozy apartment can be reached through a spacious staircase. The light-flooded sitting area can be used for relaxation. A small wardrobe is located in front of the apartment door. In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.

Quiet apartment in a historic (but renovated😉) three-sided courtyard near Kamenz. If you bring bicycles, it is possible to store them on the first floor in a lockable room. Parking is available free of charge in the yard. A baker and butcher are a 5-10 minute walk. The apartment is regularly intended for 4 people, but in the living room there is a sofa with a sleeping function, on which another person would be accommodated.

Our apartment is in the beautiful small town of Radeberg, in close proximity to Dresden. Public transport, such as train and bus, are within walking distance and take you directly to the old, Baroque city center of Dresden with its historical sights, but also to Saxon Switzerland, Moritzburg or one of the many other highlights in the area. Close to shops, restaurants and doctors.

The guest apartment is located in a modern house (Bauhaus style) in a second row on a property surrounded by venerable trees. Directly opposite is a park (Beutlerpark) with old trees. This is in close proximity to the city center and about 15 minutes walk or by tram (lines 3, 8, 10 and 11 etc.), stops about 8-10 minutes away, to reach.
