Das Apartment liegt im EG eines ehemaligen Hotels und wurde 2017/18 komplett renoviert. Bis in Wetzlar's Stadtmitte sind es ca. 3km. Gaststätte/Restaurant mit schönem Biergarten in der Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in ca 900 mtr. Ein eigener Parkplatz, sowie kostenfreies W-Lan sind selbstverständlich vorhanden. Für Anreisen nach 21 Uhr steht Ihnen unser Keyboy zu Verfügung. Das Apartment ist mit einer "Junior Suite" in einem Hotel vergleichbar. Privatsphäre ist garantiert.

Welcome to the old town of Wetzlar, right by the cathedral! This apartment, completely renovated for you in 2024, is ideally located for exploring the old town and sights on foot. The cathedral and town hall are just a two-minute walk away. Numerous good restaurants, small shops and nice cafes are right outside the front door. Goethe once lived two houses away. The apartment is fully equipped and an ideal base for exploring Wetzlar and relaxing.

I offer a nice, comfortably furnished and quietly located granny apartment for rent. It is equipped with shutters, carpet and floor heating. 2 single beds and a very comfortable sofa bed for 2 people serve as a sleeping area. A table and 4 chairs form the center for a cozy round. In the mini-kitchen there is a sink, 2 hotplates, fridge, toaster, microwave, extractor hood and much more. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and tumble dryer.

The Weiltalweg, a cycling and hiking trail between Schmitten and Weilburg, leads above the house. Important: the room is not large, 12 square meters. There is TV, dishes, cutlery, a kettle, a fridge, a French press, but no kitchen! This includes a mini bathroom with toilet, sink and shower.

Erik’s property is brand new, and it truly feels that way. The apartment is fully equipped and exceptionally spacious—we were two people and had plenty of room. The bed is extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The shower consistently has hot water with strong water pressure, and the shower room itself is very spacious, making for a relaxing experience. If you're sensitive to sound, it's worth noting that the bedroom windows face the highway. While the noise is noticeable, it's not too disruptive. Our arrival was seamless—we showed up before the official check-in time, and it wasn’t an issue at all. The apartment is located on the second floor, but there's an elevator, so luggage wasn’t a problem. Overall, we highly recommend this place.

The apartment looked exactly like the pictures - just super beautiful! The kitchen was very well equipped, including a few products for cooking if you wanted. Everything was super clean and that was a little dream. The host, Danyal, was also very friendly and immediately available for questions. Highly recommended! 🙂

Katharina is the best host ever. She is helpful and forgiving with questions or problems (I had misplaced the key at short notice:-)). She respects the privacy of her guests. I was able to use not only the apartment, but also the yard and garden, which was very pleasant. I would book with Katharina again anytime.
