Holiday rentals with a patio in Schkopau

Susan is a very communicative person, she gave us a lot of necessary information. Unfortunately we did not meet in person, the keys were given to us by Susan's mother, who is a very nice and warm person. The apartment is beautiful and very well equipped. There is a parking space and a basement for bicycles. We will gladly stay there again.

Kathrin is a very friendly and helpful hostess. Communication was perfect. The apartment is well-maintained and functionally equipped in a quiet environment. Located a bit outside the center but with good local transport. Very happy to come back!

We visited Laura on the long Ascension weekend, when the gymnastics festival also took place in Leipzig. The apartment is very conveniently located, there are plenty of (free) parking spaces and the description to get to the apartment was very good. The apartment itself is super clean, has nice rooms and is quietly located in an apartment building. The bathroom is especially great. We could linger beautifully on the balcony in the evening. There is a bakery and a butcher about 200 m away, and a little further there are two very nice restaurants.

The apartment is beautifully and very stylishly furnished. Everything was super clean and we felt extremely comfortable and would have liked to move in directly forever;) The balcony is super quiet and with a great view. The kitchen is perfectly equipped (e.g. also a French press). The living room and bedroom are super modern and at the same time simply furnished to feel good. The apartment is perfectly located to explore Halle on foot, located in a very quiet residential street. The tram stop is also not far away. And cafés and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. We will be happy to come back :)

I had a short but very pleasant stay in Leipzig. The apartment was great – clean, stylish and well equipped. The location is great: the city center is within walking distance and the zoo is just around the corner. The area is also well connected and quiet. The landlord was very nice and straightforward. I can absolutely recommend the accommodation!

I stayed at David's place for 10 days. The apartment is really well located. Close to the city center. Easy walk to the main train station in case one wants to do a day trip somewhere. Everything was very clean, Kitchen had everything I needed for my stay. David even offers option of softer or harder materess for the bed. I would definitely stay again. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay! The apartment was not only clean and lovingly furnished, but also excellently equipped – you can tell how much passion the hosts put into it. We were particularly enthusiastic about the quiet, natural location directly on the lake - a perfect place to relax, fish or hike (the route around the reservoir was very beautiful). The contact was also very warm and uncomplicated. We would love to come back and can highly recommend the accommodation! 😊

We enjoyed our time in Leipzig very much! The accommodation is so well connected and at the same time quiet, you have the lakes almost at your doorstep as well as the south city! Definitely a recommendation!!

We thought the stay was fantastic. The location and accommodation are perfect and exactly as described in the listing. We were 6 people and there were enough towels and bathrobes for everyone. The check-in went smoothly via an app, so you can get into the house without any problems. Only slightly sharper knives would have been an advantage. But that doesn't stop us from giving 5 stars. For those who want to enjoy a quiet time in a great environment, the accommodation is a real highlight.

There were four of us and we had a really wonderful and memorable stay. All communication with Elisabeth was very warm and open questions were answered directly. Everything you need is available in the house and it is really very clean, so you feel very comfortable right away. The location is amazing, right on the vineyard, with a great view right on the lake. It is very private and you can spend a quiet time. On the recommendation of Elisabeth, we had dinner twice in the neighboring village and also got something delicious at the butcher's shop in the village. All in all, I highly recommend the accommodation and Elisabeth as a host and would come back anytime for a long weekend.

We really liked the place! The cottage was even bigger than it looks in the photos and we felt totally comfortable. The surroundings are very nice too, with lots of lakes and a cute seafront promenade. Love to come back! :)

We had a wonderful time in this fantastic vacation home! The location is simply unbeatable - quiet, idyllic and with a fantastic view of the lake, which we enjoyed every day. The house itself is lovingly furnished, very well maintained and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. Susi is a very thoughtful host. We immediately felt very comfortable and the apartment corresponded exactly to the description and beyond. We didn't miss anything. Very recommended.

The apartment is in a very quiet area, but still the popular area around Karl-Heine-Straße is within walking distance. Buses and trains also leave very close. The Saturday market takes place directly across the street, which we particularly liked. The apartment has a great, sunny balcony where you can enjoy the morning coffee very relaxed. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back 😊

Very quiet location in great surroundings. We didn't get to meet the hosts in person, but the communication was very nice. Everything worked out for us and we are happy to recommend the apartment.

Great place to stay, especially for families. The "children's room" and the living room are a space that you have to be aware of if you plan to stay there for longer periods of time. For us, the accommodation was perfect for a stopover. The children loved the garden and the many toys in the apartment. All rooms were clean and tidy. The kitchen is well equipped and we were very happy with the coffee. From us 5 out of 5 stars ⭐️

Great apartment in the middle of Weimar! The apartment has a fantastic location, everything is within walking distance and yet it is quite quiet. The apartment has everything you need and is totally tastefully decorated. The highlight is of course the roof terrace with great views. We will definitely be back!

The apartment is clean, purposefully and tastefully furnished. It is pleasant to sit on the balcony. 2 tram stops or about 20 minutes on foot to the city center. Shops nearby. Some people may have a problem with the 4th floor without an elevator.

If you don't need to be in the heart of Leipzig, this apartment is a fine choice. Parking is great if you have a car and public transportation is great into the heart of Leipzig, taking only a few minutes by tram. The apartment is very nice and comfortable, with a washer/ dryer combination. Jens and Carsten are responsive hosts ad very helpful. The bed is comfortable and there are some fie Asian restaurants withincise waking distance as well as a nearby supermarket.
