Beautiful house close to the sea and the village

Our beautiful house is available for friends and families who love the island feeling. It has a large garden, with lots of space for playing football or badminton. There is a sauna, an extra living room in the basement with a large TV (great for the kids). In autumn and winter times you can enjoy the fireplace in the cozy living room. Books and games are available, and the fully equipped kitchen is ready for your cooking adventures. Please note: during holidays the minimum stay is a week.

Holiday home Smûk is centrally located on the island, close to the village, the Berkenplas and ~1.5 km from the beach. The house is on park De Monnik, has a spacious garden with sun terraces and plenty of privacy. Where the little ones can play and summer can be enjoyed. There is underfloor heating. It is baby and child friendly with crib, 2 camping beds and high chairs. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 with (box spring)double bed, one room with 2 single beds, one room with bunk beds.

Get away from it all in this quiet, yet centrally located 2-person apartment. Walking distance to restaurants and supermarket and only 7 minutes by bike from the beach “Meeuw” is bright and modernly furnished, with a south-facing terrace in the front and a sheltered private garden/terrace at the back with dining and a seating area. The apartment consists of a bright living room with an open kitchen, a double bedroom, and a spacious bathroom with shower/toilet.

From this perfectly located home base, everything is at your fingertips. In the old hair salon of the island, you can feel like an islander. In the middle of the authentic village of Schiermonnikoog, you go back in time. You have your own terrace and entrance on the fronts of our house. We enter through the back entrance. This gives you privacy. Shops and beach are within walking distance. Beds are made at arrival, bicycles are ready. Enjoy!

The Mouternistjen is located in bungalow park de Monnik. Close to the village. There is a large garden at the house. The house was modernised in the spring of 2022. It is insulated, there is underfloor heating, a new kitchen, the bathroom and toilet have been addressed and there is a new floor in it. The house can accommodate 2-6 people. Two bedrooms have a double bed. In the third bedroom there is a bunk bed.
