With this unique home, all the important points of contact are close by, making it easy to plan your stay. The residential area by the vineyard invites you to enjoy the nearby Hohnsee within walking distance, to take a leisurely stroll through the city, to visit the HAWK or to drive to the Hannover trade fair (Ostbahnhof). You can also walk to supermarkets, a kiosk, various restaurants, cafes, playgrounds, the Wildgatter and bus stops for bad weather.

Attic apartment with 45 m², 20 minutes by car to the trade fair.

The attic apartment has a living area including Wi-Fi and smart TV, a sleeping area for 2 people, a bathroom and a small kitchenette. A complete kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, oven and hob is available in the basement. In the garden, there is a seating area by the garden pond including barbecue. Electric car charging station 50 m away. Supermarket 10 minutes walk away. Bus stop 2 minutes. Distance Hildesheim 10 minutes by car.

Living in a half timbered house

This 62 m2 large apartment is located on the second floor of our original half timbered house. A shared staircase leads to this apartment which consists of a living area with two armchairs, a sofa, a kitchenette with a table and 4 chairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has two single beds (adjacent / next to one another) which can be placed together - after consultation, to form a double bed arrangement.

A haven of well-being near the fair

This versatile secondary apartment in a 2-family house from 2024 can be used as a trade fair apartment for groups or companies. Likewise, it is also a place of relaxation for a short trip to the countryside for couples or a vacation apartment for the whole family. The A7 is close (behind a small piece of forest and therefore not audible) and therefore the location is also attractive for those passing through.

Cozy quiet vacation home

Welcome to Werder, a small village 5 km from Bockenem and the A7 with connection to the A39. Hanover, Braunschweig and Goslar can be reached in about 30 minutes. Shopping and restaurants are in and around Bockenem. The Harz and the Weserbergland invite you to hike and cycle. Motorcyclists will also get their money's worth here. We ourselves ride motorcycles and are happy to assist you with tour questions.

Handmade tiny house for two people. Right on the lake, with a large terrace and sauna. The house was built with ecological materials and lovingly furnished with solid wood furniture. It has a double bed 220 x 160, a couch, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry separation toilet. The house is easily accessible by train. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.

The 120-m² ground floor can accommodate up to 8 guests (incl. Hand towels and freshly made beds) and is ideal for families or groups of friends looking for a relaxing environment. There are several small islands such as our reading nook or coffee bar. There is a small play area and sandbox for the children. The 700m2 garden offers plenty of space for sunbathing or a cozy evening by the campfire.
