We are just 5 min. away from train and bus station, 10 min. away from downtown and city center, and 20 min. away from an airport.Just accross the bridge is New Belgrade with shopping malls, bussiness offices, river night clubs... Our cozy, 45 m2 comfortable place is very bright,equipped with a brand new furniture and Norwegian heaters in all rooms, with many beautiful details.It contains: *Living room with high quality sofa bed, cable TV, WI FI, air condotioner...etc. Fully equipped kitchen: - spices, pasta, rice, coffe and tea, etc... *Fully equipped bathroom: - Clean towels, hair dryer, hair straightener, basic cosmetics, washer,washing powder and iron. *Bedroom with king size bed, and closet. If you are going to stay longer than 7 days the bed and bath linen are changed once a week, also the cleaning service is free of charge once a week.  For anyone who likes to explore city by bike we are providing 2 free bicycles. Free parking available. The apartment is beautifully appointed and in an incredible location. Walking distance to fabulous restaurants and bars, shopping and wonderful sights. The photos do not do justice - it is fabulous. Comfy beds, well appointed kitchen and superb bathroom. The location could not be better. Alex was a superb host, responding quickly to any enquiry and provided us with an extremely useful app providing restaurant recommendations, taxi providers, sites of interest etc which was extremely useful. Could not recommend more highly.

The apartment was simply great – super clean, very well equipped and without unnecessary frills. The location is also perfect – restaurants, cafés, everything in the immediate vicinity. For us as a family, the stay was simply awesome🤩. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful and really gave everything to make us feel good. I would recommend the place to anyone!

This was the best vacation spot we could have hoped for! The cozy riverside house gave us a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. In the early morning, people would quietly row along the calm river — the atmosphere was incredibly peaceful. During the day, ducks and even swans would swim up to us, and we could interact with them, which made the experience even more special. We were filled with positive emotions and completely relaxed. The house was clean and very cozy. In the evenings, when it got a bit chilly, the electric heater and air conditioner kept us warm and comfortable. The host was very thoughtful — the fridge was stocked with a variety of drinks. A huge thank you for such a warm welcome! We’d love to come back again ❤️

I loved my stay at this cozy little place! The host was super responsive and made check-in/out effortless. The location was easy to find (even late at night) and close to a supermarket, which was super handy for snacks and essentials. The apartment itself was charming and compact—ideal for couples or solo travelers. Everything felt fresh and spotlessly clean, from the bedding to the bathroom. Small touches like good Wi-Fi and clear instructions added to the comfort.

Really nice Apartment, modern, minimalistic. 18th floor, unfortunately we could not enjoy the view because of the weather. Bus station in front of the building- easy access to the whole town. Really convenient the Shopping Mall at the 1st floor with supermarket and dm. Outside the building nice restaurants. Also, was nice that it had shampoo, toilet paper, hand soap, dishwasher tabs etc.
