We had a great stay at the Maraya suite, the place was spotless and organized. The host is very respectful, and professional. فيه اهتمام بكل تفاصيل الإقامة، وهذا بيخلينا نرجع له ان شاء الله. شكرًا للأخ محمد على حسن الإستضافة.

“Fantastic stay turned into my home in Riyadh!” From the moment I entered the apartment, it left like home. It was spotless, stylish, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is ideal—quiet, peaceful and safe, with coffee shops, laundry and mini markets nearby; and as for me, it is very close to my office. The host is friendly, responsive, and offer flexible checkin and cleaning services. I loved the place so much that I extended my stay here and been living in this apartment for about 3 months now, and plan to stay much longer. I highly recommend Khaled’s place to anyone visiting the city.

Zaid is a wonderful person he helps you beyond the host he welcomes you as friend and guided you every step of the journey. Property is beautiful you can walk to local markets but for prophet masjid ul nabie pbuh you have to have a taxi that’s you best option and it’s cost you around 35 to 40 SRA . 100% recommended

Staying here truly feels like being in a 7-star hotel. The apartment is exceptionally luxurious, impeccably clean, and features an elegant, modern design. It is equipped with every appliance and amenity you could possibly need—or even dream of. I wholeheartedly recommend it; you won’t be disappointed.

this place is amazing, the picturesque scenery of mountains is magnificent both as a wake up view and at sunset, very peaceful, birds chirping. there is also an automated hot tub (like jacuzzi), which added much to our relaxation. أبو حمد is a great host, he responded fast to all of our questions and was very helpful and caring. we can definitely recommend the host and the accommodation

This the 2nd time I rented this unit. The space is great and the apartment is very clean. Great location with many parking lots. And the host Abdullah is very helpful and a quick response. For sure I will be back again in one of their units.

Very good location and beautiful apartment and Nawaf, the host was very friendly and responsive.

Joud’s place was amazing, spotlessly clean, in an amazing location, with great views of the red sea and Formula 1 track. He was a wonderful host, extremely cooperative and hospitable and was always responsive to any queries. The interior design and lighting for the apartment is wonderful and the place has a very comfortable and warm feel. Would definitely love to stay here again. Strongly recommended for stays by the corniche 👍🏼
