Peter Senior was an excellent host, you could tell the passion he put into building the cabin. Beautiful interior with a peaceful calm location. He even offered a ride to the supermarket in the morning. Highly Recommended!

I recently stayed at Iulia Place with my family, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and provided a great base for exploring the region. Although the main attractions we visited, such as the Happy Cemetery and Bârsana Monastery, were not local, the location of Iulia Place made it easy for us to reach these amazing sites. The garden was a great space for our kids to play, and we appreciated the convenient parking right on-site. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. I highly recommend Iulia Place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in the area. We would definitely return!

Bardzo fajne miejsce. Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem w języku angielskim . Dom duży zadbane pokoje. Dwie łazienki. Czysta pościel, ręczniki, środki czystości, wszystko jak w domu. Bardzo fajnie urządzony dom duży salon z kuchnią oraz drugi na górze z aneksem kuchennym, dwie lodówki (prywatna w pokoju) każdy pokój zamykany na klucz . Polecam dla dużej grupy.

Had great time in this nice house. 300mbit internet and hammock in garden is good match for remote workers. Ioana is very friendly host :) House was clean and well prepared.

Sehr schönes Haus. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber hat sehr gut funktioniert, lediglich die Übersetzung der Sprache war etwas problematisch trotzt verschiedener Übersetzungen. Letztlich kam die Info rüber die wichtig war. Gerne wieder BeWer

What a fantastic experience!! We spent two nights here but we know next time we go longer! This Airbnb has everything you need, just bring your food and you don't need to leave the place... except for a nice walk by the fields of corn, sunflowers and trees... Such gorgeous scenery, we explored it one evening and was wonderful. The house is very spacious, extremely comfortable beds and clean!! It has everything you need - Coffee maker, toaster, microwave, fridge, stove, outdoor grill area with everything you might potentially need!! The highlight for me and the kids was the sauna and the pool!! The yard is huge as well, set up with soccer goals, badminton, and other games... kids were never bored!! We enjoyed watching some movies together in the evening at the huge (I mean HUGE) screen TV in the living room- its wonderful the host gives you access to their Netflix subscription so lots of good options to watch! I highly recommend this place, I know we will be back soon!!

We had a wonderful stay for a family reunion. Marius is an excellent host always happy to guide and assist. The facilities were excellent, spacious and very well equipped. Location was lovely and peaceful with plenty of space to roam. We enjoyed table tennis, tennis and pool with all equipment loaned to us. Some extra guests were able to be hosted on-site in further private accommodation. Pool was unheated which unfortunately stopped some of our guests from using it but was still refreshing for some of us to cool down in from the heat of the day. It was clean and well maintained on the terrace. There is no hot tub (just a bath tub in one of the bathrooms) but we found out it could be possible to take a therapeutic sulphur spring water bath by arrangement! A couple of dogs on-site which were not always welcome but our host’s dog was lovely friendly company for most. A great place to stay and highly recommended. We’d be happy to return another time. Einfach schön, wer Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig. Tolles Haus mit genügend Platz, Pool, Hottube und dazu die schöne Aussicht. Liebe, freundliche und bemühte Gastgeber,es fehlte an Nichts. Danke für den schönen Urlaub, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

A fost un weekend linistit, fara gălăgie de la masini, zona foarte frumoasa. Cei de la cabana (stau in case lângă) ne-au ajutat cu orice am avut nevoie, dar in mod special cu lemne de foc la ciubar si încălzire în cabana. Am avut de toate pentru grătar, tacamuri, pahare, etc. Recomand cu căldura.

It’s exactly as it should be. Calin is helpful and easygoing. Everything went well. Unfortonatly we don’t had the time to stay longer, but next time we going to enjoy the hottube too!

God lejlighed med god beliggenhed. Fin udsigt over byen fra balkonen. Husk, at der ikke er balkoner til alle lejligheder, så spørg om det ved indtjekning. Hvis jeg skulle sætte en finger på noget, så er det, at der ikke er en el kedel, og at ikke alt køkkengrej er helt i top. Således er gryder og pander lidt slidt. Men administratoren spurgte flere gange om jeg manglede noget, så jeg kunne jo have givet ham besked. I øvrigt en velholdt bygning. Aflåst område med egen parkering til lejligheden.

Apartamentul este foarte frumos amenajat, foarte confortabil, curat, iar Florin ne-a pus la dispozitie tot ce aveam nevoie si ne-a îndrumat spre apartament, check-in ul se face foarte usor.

O locuinta absolut superba, de o curatenie impecabila,gazda deosebit de draguta si prietenoasa. Vom reveni mereu aici. 😊

It's a very good location. It was close to the train station and also the supermarket. The apartment is very clean and big. They have everything in there. I was very happy to stay in Satu Mare and had a comfortable time in my room.

Appartement neuf et très propre et agréable

The place is in the middle of Baia Mare, walking distance to several restaurants, old town and supermarkets. The apartment is furnished with old furniture, giving a nice feeling of warmness. Beds are confortable. Bathrooms are a bit old, however they are very clean. Matyas is a very responsive host and fixed a broken bulb imediatly. I will come back, especially as I liked the balcony view and the coffee machine!
