Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Satu Mare

We had a wonderful stay for a family reunion. Marius is an excellent host always happy to guide and assist. The facilities were excellent, spacious and very well equipped. Location was lovely and peaceful with plenty of space to roam. We enjoyed table tennis, tennis and pool with all equipment loaned to us. Some extra guests were able to be hosted on-site in further private accommodation. Pool was unheated which unfortunately stopped some of our guests from using it but was still refreshing for some of us to cool down in from the heat of the day. It was clean and well maintained on the terrace. There is no hot tub (just a bath tub in one of the bathrooms) but we found out it could be possible to take a therapeutic sulphur spring water bath by arrangement! A couple of dogs on-site which were not always welcome but our host’s dog was lovely friendly company for most. A great place to stay and highly recommended. We’d be happy to return another time. This is a beautiful property, ideal for our family (three generations traveling together). Designed to a very high level, smart technologies, panoramic views, friendly and responsive host. Highly recommended.

I recently stayed at Iulia Place with my family, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and provided a great base for exploring the region. Although the main attractions we visited, such as the Happy Cemetery and Bârsana Monastery, were not local, the location of Iulia Place made it easy for us to reach these amazing sites. The garden was a great space for our kids to play, and we appreciated the convenient parking right on-site. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. I highly recommend Iulia Place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in the area. We would definitely return!

Andreea's place is an absolute gem. You will find everything you need for both a short or extended stay. The historic aspect of the building adds to the charm of the area.

La casa cumple con la descripción y no tiene nada que envidiar a alojamientos de hoteles de 5 estrellas, todo muy bien cuidado y decorado con mucho gusto, se nota que le pone amor y interes para que los huéspedes tenga una muy buena experiencia

We had an excellent time here. We had to help our relatives while in Baia Mare so we didn't stay through the day, but returning to a clean and quiet place after a day of work was more than welcome. Everything we needed was available, everything was clean and we felt right at home. Thank you again for hosting us!

Un studio inedit amplasat in centrul orasului, perfect pentru a caza un cuplu/ o persoana pentru una sau mai multe nopti. Designul si conceptul studioului este unul aparte si asta a facut locatia sa fie una dintre preferatele noastre de pana acum. Totul in studio este foarte curat, primitor si de calitate. Gazda a fost comunicativa si la dispozitia noastra.

We were very pleased with our stay in Baia Mare! The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures: modern, clean, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, close to the city center and the park, but in a quiet area, perfect for relaxing. Communication with the host was quick and smooth. We had a great experience and would gladly return in the future!

Awesome place to visit Satu Mare, located in the heart of the city. Denisa was very friendly and helped us with tips on what to do. Definitely would recommend and I'd come back.

Apartament perfect pentru o familie cu copil care cauta linistea, in centrul orasului dar poti sa dormi linistit ca vecinii sunt foarte la locul lor. Apartament modern cu tot ce ai nevoie in el, ingrediente, ustensile de toate sa ai pe ce pune mana. Gazda super de treaba, raspunde foarte rapid. Apartamentul este la etajul 1. Ce pot sa zic, minunat cu siguranta vom reveni

Am avut o experiență excelentă în acest apartament! Totul a fost foarte curat, bine întreținut și exact ca în poze. Zona este liniștită, dar aproape de tot ce ai nevoie – magazine, transport în comun, restaurante. Comunicarea cu gazda a fost impecabilă, foarte promptă și prietenoasă.

Locuința a fost la asteparile mele! Foarte frumoasă și curată. recomand!

Absolute stunning views. Great little extras such as coffee machine and pods to go with it - hair dryer and straighter too. Blankets for chilly evenings spent on the balcony a great touch. Great place to stay will be visiting in the future. Thank you!!

This place has all the amities that we needed for our stay. The host is friendly. The place is close to the city centre (10-15min walking). Tha place has a parking lot. Our experience here was a good one. :)
