John’s place at Ko Yo in word “Remarkable”. A brand new property with a beautiful view of the tranquil lake rooms, nice pool within, lounge areas with lots of seatings to laze around, fridges stocked with excellent collection of beers, ales, ciders and wine and above all a friendly staff always willing to oblige. What more one can ask for a holiday? It is a picturesque view of the lake and the tranquility that will make your memories even last longer. One thing about this tastefully decorated property that makes it even better is because of John and his wife. They just made it sweeter. We were a group of 5 bikers from Singapore who were looked after extremely well due to the hospitality of John and his wife. John also runs Sunset Cafe Restaurant just across the road located “on the lake”, one that serves excellent Western and local cuisine. My recommendation would be the nice pizza, tasty chicken basil leaves, oysters hot plate and spinach-cheese.
