If you come by train, it is a 6-minute walk from Ina Chuo Station on the "Ina Line / New Shuttle" (about 1 hour from Tokyo Station). Please experience a sense of peace and tranquility at "Yado PAP," where "calm" is the key concept.

This is a 100+ year old traditional Japanese house located on a large farm. We renovated the house mainly with solid cedar wood, which has a forest bathing component, to create a space that is gentle to the body. It is a space where you can work on your body and mind in a completely different space and atmosphere from your daily life. You can also enjoy a relaxing bath time in the cypress bathtub.

kennys house（ゴルフ練習場有り）

約1000坪の中にある1戸建て住宅です。家の隣には川が流れ河川敷で ウォーキングやランニングを楽しむ事も出来ます。オーナーはゴルフが大好きで庭にはアプローチ練習などゴルフ練習が出来ます。 車で30分以内に10カ所以上のゴルフ場がありますのでゴルフをされる方にはぴったりの場所です。 昼はゴルフ、夜は外でバーベキューなど楽しんで頂ければ嬉しいです。 又オーナーは海外在住経験もあり 英語を話します。そして大変フレンドリーなので海外からのお客様も沢山来られます。 観光箇所としては今話題の道の駅常総が車でたったの5分、国際科学都市つくばまで30分、筑波山まで45分と好立地です。 近くに鬼怒川が流れそこにサイクリングロードが整備されていますので サイクリングされる方にもお勧めです。

Sugito Minpakuは杉戸町にある一軒家です。 最寄り駅の東武動物公園駅から徒歩で約１０分に関東で大きいな東武動物公園があります。遊園地パークと動物園が併設されています。お子様連れの旅行や心身のリフレッシュにもおすすめです。 東京から電車で一時間程度離れた町で交通はとても便利です。 Sugito Minpakuまでは東武動物公園駅から徒歩で約15分です。
