Holiday rentals with beach access in Sarti Beach

Anastasia is an amazing host and the apartment was right where she said is going to be, 2 meters away from the sea! It has a beatiful balcony where you can drink your coffee in the morning and look at the sea!

We had a great stay. the Apartment was even better than shown in the pictures. Absolutely worth the price.

Had great time at this apartment. Instructions on how to get inside were clear. The place is clean and looks just like the photos. Apartment is located right at the center of Pefkochori, but because of its placement it’s still very quiet and relaxing. It takes you two-three minutes to get to the comfortable beach. Restaurants around are great and the guide that host gave us was helpful. Communication with host was easy, friendly, they responded quickly and with care. I would definitely recommend it.

Very nice cozy flat with quality appliances. Sea view is gorgeous. A/C and heating working well. Location very quiet in Winter but surely buzzing in summer.

Even in the wintertime the apartment was perfect. Starting with a free parking place and easy check-in, you will have everything at your disposal. Me and my wife felt at home... a very luxury and well-designed one! We will be back for another child-free weekend... for sure.

The house very beautiful. Thye view is absolutely amazing. The beach is just across the street. The restaurants and coffee shops are ten minutes walking along the beach. Filippos is a wonderful host. There is a personal BBQ, the kitchen is full of equipment - all you may need. Every sleeping room has it's own bathroom. There is nothing more than you can want. I highly recomment the place. We had a great time in the house of Periklis and his wife. The house is beautiful, the terrace, the garden and the private access to the water sensational. In the preseason, not everything was open all around, but we were looking for and found exactly that and the peace and quiet associated with it. We thank you for the hospitality we received! We really enjoyed our stay at Alterra Vitta’s home by sea! Firstly, we had clear communication and instructions about all the necessary details. At the check in we were met by Kostas which explained everything from the house, grill and washing machine etc. Additionally, they have provided us with a booklet with all the best beaches and restaurants in all of Sithonia. We had some issues with the water being cold and the pressure being a bit bad so the shower head didn’t have enough pressure to work. However, Kostas came and fixed it straight away and informed us if there would be such an issue again to inform us and he would help! But luckily there wasn’t any problem again. Lastly, we were pleased with the conditions and it looked like in the photos. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends that are planning their holiday in Sithonia!

Great apartment. Nice location for driving to other towns and beaches, and also short walk to restaurants and beach nearby. Apartment was clean and tidy. The host was kind enough to leave lots of local produce for us on arrival.

The compact apartment was really very clean and equipped with everything necessary. Location and views are beautiful. The hosts are totally pleasant and accommodating. The building with the residential units is architecturally very successful and blends harmoniously into the rock. The terrace is separated from the neighboring apartments by privacy screens – as far as the background noise is concerned, it may seem a little less private. But it was pleasantly quiet with us. We felt very comfortable - thank you for that!

Labors is a great host. Quick response, helpful tips, great hospitality. The location of the property is amazing - right at a beach, secluded, and easy access by car to nearby villages and restaurants. The house has a full kitchen and everything that one may need. Perfect vacation hope if you have pets. Highly recommend and will gladly visit again.

We spent a wonderful week with our 3 children in Nonda's apartment. The apartment is even nicer than in the photos, the amenities really very good. Since we were there at the end of October, we were completely alone on the beautiful beach. The sea water is magnificent and was still 23 degrees. It was really an unforgettable, wonderful stay for the whole family

We had a great stay at Dafnis house. The direct location by the sea and the beautiful large garden where we visited turtles was really great. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet out of season. The communication with Dafni went well and a flexible check out allowed us a stress-free departure. Thank you for everything, we will be happy to come back.

Amazing apartment at a great location. The beach is in 10 meters and everything you need is at walkable distance. The apartment itself is even bigger in person than in the pictures. :) Alex was very kind and responsive!

We had an amazing time. The apartment is really close to the beach and just a few people were there, it really felt like a private beach. The centre where the bars, restaurants, shops were, was about 5 minutes by car. The house was clean, comfortable all in all great, and we really enjoyed having meals on the patio every day. Fivos was really nice, helpful and quick to answer. I would recommend this place 100%. And there were a lot of cute cats nearby.:)

It was an incredible short holiday for me and my friend - the apartment was as mentioned, super cool, everything was amazing, we felt like home. Every day we got freshly cooked home-made food from the owners and we were allowed to pick fresh pomgranates or oranges from their property. The communication was easy and helpful - we definitivley come back as soon as possible. One of the best short trips I ever had - just worked perfect for us! We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The accommodation is tastefully decorated, very clean and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The quiet location was particularly pleasant - and yet you can walk to the center in just five minutes. A really nice combination of tranquility and proximity to everything you need. Dimitri was a friendly and attentive host. He responded quickly to our questions and was easily accessible, which we greatly appreciated. A special highlight was the terrace - a beautiful place to have breakfast in the morning or to relax in the evening. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay that we would be happy to recommend.
