The cottage has three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with a family bunk for three. Open living/kitchen area. No dishwasher but a fantastic view while doing the job. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Nice outdoor areas with dining groups, sofa group and gas grill. The cabin is located about 200 meters from parking and a path takes you to swimming opportunities in 5-7 minutes.

Nice cottage on large, snug and child friendly plot with sun every hour of the day. The cottage has been substantially refurbished in recent years, with a new kitchen, newer bathrooms and bright, pleasant bedrooms. There are three bedrooms in the main cabin, and an annex with four beds as well as a private toilet. The cottage has a large veranda with several seating groups. It is of course lovely to be here in the summer, but the cabin is well isolated, with wood firing as well as a new heat pump. So it's a perfect option in autumn and winter as well.

The place is ideal for both work trips and leisure stays, with both central location, and many activity opportunities nearby. They have the entire home for themselves, and it comes with its own sheltered outdoor area with cozy fire/barbecue area at the back, as well as a porch with cozy sofa group, sea view and evening sun. The area has several great hiking opportunities (the coastal path).

From here you take 10 min to Gamlebyen, 15 min to Fredrikstad city center and 25 min to Svinesund. There is a short distance to swimming areas and the campsite and the convenience store is only a 10-minute walk away. The house is from 1850 and is completely renovated in 2022. The porch is perfect for late summer evenings, undisturbed and with lovely views.
