You will be close to the city while avoiding city traffic and concrete gray! 6-7 min walking to the center and have ferry/bus/minibus to the main transportation arteries such as Hacıosman Metro, Maslak, Taksim, Beşiktaş...The only noise you hear will be seagulls and fishing vessels.
